Great take a day off to get indoctrinated into whiteophobia.

Sure I grew in in the Democrat segregationist South to compare racism and white supremacy now with then is folly.

YES read the slides. And according to you any white people who protest are really white supremist.

You were describing how to identify a white racist

So who do you distinguish from a non-supremacist white person. How would you act if you WEREN'T a white supremist and someone, especially someone like the government, said you were and that the more you protest the more proof you were?

The DC interviews show the false history that is being indoctrinated in the schools. This course isn't about history it is accusing white people NOW of white supremacy and especially white males and that this white supremacy is so pervasive that IT is what is holding back all blacks and in is "institutionalize" and "systemic ".

First if all, I'm not talking about collectivism in authority like goverment (though the philosophy is present there too among progressive liberals), I'm talking about supported agenda and policies by progressives in general.

But ill challenge you this. Is it acceptable for a local representative government to pass ordinances on where blacks can live?

    Why?

So why can't capitalism follow the same concept about where a particular business can build. Why is it not up to consumers, but rather a representative body operating under the guise of a full fledged democracy.

I'm surprised you have to resort to such juvenile type statements when your opinions are challenged. It's that arrogance again.

You do realize that multiple individuals will interact voluntarily with out authority against each other right?

    The law?

The purpose of government is not to nanny.

Do you have a source to show that is what this FEMA equity training was actually teaching their employees?

It's 3 hours. You can't seem to understand that. It makes it really hard to take anything you say seriously when you keep blowing it out of proportion. 3 hours, once a year, sometime during an 8 week period. And it's just a module you do on your computer, which you can pause and come back to any time. It could not be easier.

    No one is doing that.

The slides call you, specifically, a white supremacist? Or are you being forced to do this training? Or are you actually freaking out over a very minor thing that doesn't affect you in any way?

The only people I can imagine thinking that are closeted white supremacists with guilty consciences.

Is that what the government is saying? I don't see that on the slides. I could not possibly care less about what random people think of me, whether it's that I'm a white supremacist or not.

YES that's a long day for a government employee!!!!

YES they are as I noted in the DC interviews and the MLK march day some actually believe it is WORSE now.

I am a member of the white race and male. If I were to take a job with FEMA I would be forced to do so, How about making blacks watch a film about how blacks having so many babies out of wedlock and blacks engaging in so much crime, and blacks not getting their proper free education and telling them that that is why they as a group have not been as successful as the other races and it is NOT some supremacy all whites have against them?

"Have you stopped beating your wife?" And if you get defense and claim you would never do so that only shows you do according to your means of determining guilt.

I was addressing what you are saying?

Do you believe there is systemic racism in the country? Can you give me a legal definition of systemic racism?
How about institutionalize racism? Can you give me a legal definition?

Can you even give me rampant examples and not some cherry picked wacko person?

FFS, you quoted the OP which was posted on the 25th with "FFS. There are 350 missing in Maui. Embellish much……" with data from the 29th, at the time the OP was posted they weren't down to only 350 missing.

    Is this difficult?

3 hours out of 320 is nothing. I don't believe you're arguing in good faith at this point. It just looks like a lot of reactionary nonsense. You don't work for FEMA. This story has zero effect on you, but you pretend like you're being injured by it.

Not that I expect you to listen, but institutionalized racism is a set of rules or policies that elevate one race over others. Redlining was a well-known example. Today's examples are much less overt, and not always intentional. It could be a preference for candidates from prestigious schools where minorities are less likely to attend, or integrating activities into business that minorities are less likely to be comfortable participating in (finalizing deals while playing golf is a common example of that). I'm sure you have some impotent objection, but these kinds of things are why training like this is important. We all have implicit biases favoring people who look like us and against those who don't. Becoming cognizant of those biases helps us mitigate them and recognize when those biases might lead to exclusion.

There's literally nothing in the OP resembling the DC interview you are referring to

It's more important for them to worry about the ghost of white supremacy than it is to worry about the area where the hurricane just made landfall
