LOL... she's a nutter all right, but I'd look a bit closer to home for her origins...

A near zero chance he'll pick her to not be the next VP.... but I'm sure people said that about Sarah Palin back in the day... and voila

If I was to lay a bet, I'd say the RW nutter Noem will get the call.... that would almost lock up the 3 SD electoral votes for him...

So you dont think that keeping the minimum wage artificially low, keeps all wages low ?

You understand that when you raise the minimum wage, their is a ripple effect for almost all wages. Any tiered system requires a minimum, and when that minimum changes, so do all the other brackets. The Brookings Institute did a study back about 5-6 years ago that showed how the "raising tide lifts all boats" ...

OMG... can Haley be more out of touch with what's going on in her own party??

    SNIP
GOP presidential primary candidate Nikki Haley said in an interview Tuesday that she hasn’t “looked at” writer E. Jean Carroll’s case against former President Trump.

“This one I haven’t looked at, but look, if he’s found guilty, then he needs to pay the price,” Haley said in an interview on CNN.

    3 things Nikki

    1. It's NOT a criminal case so he cannot be found 'guilty'
    2. He's already been found liable for the same defamation
    3. He's also been judged to have sexually assualted a woman.... aren't YOU one of those??

She's Cher from Clueless..... As if America can take you seriously......

How do Iowa Republicans, who claim to care about election integrity and securing the vote, allow their members in their caucus hold a vote with scrap paper and throwing them into paper bags and popcorn containers?

LOL, please help me make sense of this.

That’s great…! I’m one who has hoped that Republicans would be stup….err…wise enough to make him their nominee…for one simple, obvious, proven reason…

    He’s a bloody loser…!

Everything/one he’s backed (including himself) since 2016 have crashed and burned. Can’t see why that won’t continue in 2024…

And yet when polls predicted that Biden would win in 2020, and it came to pass, millions of trumpists still believed his lie that the election was stolen.

It's obvious that MAGA members rigged the Iowa caucus for mango mussolini. There were maga folks dropping numerous hand written ballots on scrap paper into those paper bags and cardboard popcorn buckets.

    Voter fraud!

The Vice President should do the right thing and just declare Ole Joe the winner of all the GOP caucuses going forward!

I think it’s very telling that the Trump crowd didn’t rush to post OP’s proclaiming their fuhrer’s victory.

But there isn’t a single one.

Trump is by far the best candidate making it difficult for other candidates to compete with him. Even the Democrats establishment darling Nikki Haley who was predicted to at least take second place ended up behind DeSantis. I predict both Haley and DeSantis will drop out after SC if they do not place well.

I'm guessing you used the early prediction putting Haley in second for your title. I was glad to see the Democrats establishment darling Haley end up in third place. If Haley doesn't do well in her home state of SC she will drop out and DeSantis as well. It is time for the Republican Party to start focusing on the general election.

Well said and probably very predictive on the dropouts, but it certainly doesn't address the point of his post....

Even though I'm still in the camp Trump should have been disqualified by now, one way or the other, his is the name I want to see on the ballot come November

Trump thanked all his supporters and gave praise to Haley and DeSantis. Trump also asked all Americans who are concerned for their country's security, both immigration and economy issues to come together and fix the problems. He never once slammed Democrats the way the divider in chief dark Brandon does every time he is seen at the podium which fortunately is seldom.

Disqualified by activists judges? That is exactly why Trump is winning by huge numbers. Americans do not want their vote to be overruled by a small number of activists judges. Trump has not been convicted of any crime. Maybe you should condemn how MSNBC and CNN censored Trump after his victory? Immigration was the number one issue and that is Trump's focus. Iowa is not even a border state.

Yeah.... 51% to 49%.... Just YUGE numbers...

What will you be saying if the SCOTUS rules the Colorado Supreme Court didn't err in their decision? That will be interesting all by itself...

And you don't speak for "Americans", but since ya'll are back in love with polls, here's one that seems to contradict you...

Haley is the establishments darling loved by Democrats so you are right Trump will never select her as his VP. That would be as stupid a move as Biden picking Harris for his VP. I think many Republicans want Trump to pick Noem for her qualifications and not because she is a woman. John McCain was the problem with the ticket. He was struggling before Palin was picked. After that his numbers improved. But it is the president who is the focus of the ticket and not the VP. McCain was an establishment RINO.

He received more points than the other three candidates combined. I do not speak for Americans but I guess you think some activists judges should?

Again, if if he got 51%, he got more "votes" that ALL other candidates combined... why is everybody putting a number on the opposition??

But the other candidates combined (Christie still got 35 votes??) got 49% of the Iowa vote.... that's the NON Trump vote in your own party...

Nearly 8.5K people thought Vivek Ramaswamy would make a better president than Donald Trump and he's a major dipstick. THINK about that.... 8.5K

You can spin Iowa as a major win, and as far as beating his 2 major challengers, it was, but you cannot seriously call that a good night long term if he cannot get much of that NON Trump vote back in the general

Haley and DeSantis aren't done yet. There is a long way to go. There is New Hampshire, Nevada and some Super Tuesdays to come. It's far from over.
Have you heard of the quotes? " One game doesn't make the season", and Yoga Berra said "It ain't over until it's over". Those are two to think about.

What Haley and DeSantis need to do is press on and drive Trump down to the ground. It would be a good way to have the chance to beat Trump.
