Former MSNBC host calls on Justice Sotomayor to step down from SCOTUS

I agree that Sotomayor may retire from the SCOTUS, but I really don't see Kamala Harris taking her place on the court. That is just too far fetched. Besides it would really antagonize Blacks and women, and Democrats know it is not wise to anger either of those groups.

Sorry, @conservaliberal, your idea is entertaining and you may be half right. But Kamala is going to have to be on the Democrat ticket now. If they were going to get rid of her they should have done it long before now.
