Many of those investments, while desperately needed, and personally I would have done the same thing, do a city little good when the return on that investment are met with zero investment from the business community. In other words, while the stimulus was trying to improve education, transportation, infrastructure, etc. none of these investments can maintain themselves without manufacturing and producing goods. That is the missing link from these big cities. Big corporations left! It's sort of like I go and buy a bunch of pasture land to raise cattle, but I never invest in buying the cattle. Buying the pasture land to raise cattle is useless without the cattle. This is exactly what happened to the big cities like Baltimore.

 

Sure because all of the drug dealers will drop their profitable business and run to get a job in a factory. I can see all those welfare recipients giving up their free ride so they can get up everyday at the crack of dawn to work all day.....why can't liberals just admit their policies have failed?.

 

The Jews aren't oppressed that I know about. Jews were forced into concentration camps during WWII because of hate and bigotry of a race that had the means to invest in its people. And Hitler despised their success.

First of all, investing in blacks is racist, but that doesn't stop corporations from flooding TV commercials with them far beyond what their population percentage would suggest is balanced.

But corps need many things and a good pool of talent to choose from is one of them. I doubt Mr Gray would ever apply for a job with one and his criminal record would prevent him from being hired anyway. So at the age of 18, when his criminal record became public, he essentially threw his life away.

And like it or not, black thug culture is a reality even if it's unspoken due to political correctness. So what business in their right mind would move to an area that's drenched in it?

Finally, many inner city youth get the tattoos, the baggy pants, and just don't want to conform to an atmosphere of success, they give in to peer pressure and gangs to be bad and not good. Couple that with their horrendous English and education and what's left to like?

Don't expect them to do anything about their situation if Corporate America is planning on continuing its conspiracy to institutionalize blacks by keeping them down. That door swings open both ways and blacks have had to play bottom feeders to rich white America for centuries, by design. The Colt 45 Malt Liquor was made by who? Who/what encourages, sets policy, has the money, and has the power to make sure poor black America continues to drink Colt 45 Malt liquor? That's right, you can tell us who/what it is.

It's beyond me that more people don't see the obvious here.

I do a lot of hiring for our company, and if somehow somebody like this had an application or resume that caught my eye (extremely unlikely if not impossible to begin with), how could he/she possibly pass the muster of an interview.
