    How do you explain its being farther down the path from Martin's feet on the LEFT side of where Z claims to have been?

    Are you even allowed to be around people with guns?

    You are displaying a dismal lack of knowldedge of firearms.

    I spend about 50 hours a year on the pistol range with various sorts of weapons. none of your crap washes.

    This is the real question, was Z the aggressor? An aggressor is defined as one who begins physical violence or articulates a threat. Following or asking questions is not aggressive. If Z attacked TM, then Z should be found guilty and be executed.

    Under Stand Your Ground, you don't have to exercise any avenue of escape. Hence the phrase, "stand your ground" law rather than "run away if you can" law.

    But it has already been established that the "stand your ground" defense couldn't apply to this case. . .
    If it did. . .Martin would have had AT LEAST as much right to "stand his ground" than Zimmerman!

    That is so stupid as to defy comment.

    You do not get to "stand your ground" when you are the aggresor. A pun k following a kid at night, at a ruin, is chasing, ergo, assaulting his quarry. He had an obligation to retreat. He saw no felony committed.

    You never have a right to chase anybody who is not committing a crime. Z didn't ask any questions? Martin did, per both Z and DD. Z mouthed off at him like a banger, thus posing a threat in any rational person's mind. Martin would have had a right to take off his coat and flog the little turd to death with the soft drink can at that point.
