The evidence points to a tall, football playing, aggressive, drug abusing teenager who violently attacked a man who was breaking no law and ended up being shot as a result.

You’ve misunderstood the nature of that conversation it wasn’t very important and was based on interpretation and not meant to be evidence of any kind

 

Not its not. This has been gone over 100 times. If he is just trying to keep an eye on the person it isn't assault. You have to be intentionally trying to cause fear. You cant accidentally assault someone, assult requires mens rea.

At 17 Martin was in the age group that commits the most violent crime in this country, men ages 16-24.

They most certainly are exclusive statements being they can’t both be true and ZImmy suffered no head injury so don’t be using that as an excuse for conflicting statements, Zimmy made his statements in no uncertain terms and was quite lucid
I have never said that Trayvon was not on top of Zimmy however being in a fight that your actions caused and being assaulted are two very different things

 

Of course Zimmerman had a head injury. What a stupid statement.

 

His two little cuts were treated with peroxide and did not even need stitches, he was examined by trained professionals and had no injury that would affect his cognitive ability and if you listen and watch you will see he had all his faculties well intact. Do you dispute this?

No proof Zimmerman started the assault and even if I just push you and then you threaten me with serious bodily harm or death I can use deadly force to stop you. I have to be threatening you with serious bodily harm or death for you to use such force against me and there is no evidence that Zimmerman was threatening Martin with any injury at all.

 

Two seperate lacerations which resulted from bashing of his head against concrete. It takes quite a blow to bust open the thick skin on top of your head.

And I repeat YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE RECEIVING SERIOUS BODILY INJURY TO DEFEND YOURSELF.

The racists don't care about facts. They know that the prosecution will fail they are having a last parade trying to make themselves beleive that Zimmerman can still be fitted up.

Maybe some of them still believe that Zimmerman is guilty but Ill bet most of them now realise that Martin initiated the violence and are just trying to kid themselves.

That they now give themselves over to absurd statements like Zimmerman had no head injuries or that following someone is assault.

I hope that after the trial the there is one hell of a lawsuit against NBC and the prosecutors office.

 

Fine, use Zimmy’s statements to paint that picture, and since you’ve stated a couple times that I recall that the first statement is the operable one go ahead and use Zimmy’s first statement to do it and remember I have listened to all of his interviews twice and I know what he has said
