We do? I don't think I know anyone who loves GZ, and personally I think he is a moron. What I do like is justice. I think he was justified in the shooting of TM and justice was served. The charges were politically driven and he was overcharged. He probably goes to jail if he was charged with involuntary manslaughter

Zimmerman's stupidity put him in a situation where he shot and killed a kid.

The whole case fell apart when politicians and the media got involved. Without having the slightest clue what happened, strike 2 for Obama, they made demands for Zimmerman to be charged with murder. Those same politicians, media, and instigators only succeeded in getting Zimmerman charged with a crime the evidence didn't some close to supporting and as a result, his eventual acquittal.

MR. Zimmerman is a gun-toting imbecile who wanted to “play” policeman. He was just part of a neighborhood watch group, but he took it much further than he should have. On the night in question, Zimmie had called the police, to report Trayvon -- who was walking through the neighborhood on his way home from the store -- saying he looked suspicious (in Zimmie’s opinion). The dispatcher told Zimmerman to stay back and wait for the police to arrive.

Instead, of just watching Trayvon from a safe distance, and waiting for the police to arrive, the idiot, Zimmerman, confronted Trayvon. In a short time, Trayvon was apparently kicking Zimmie’s dumb @ss, and the fool (Zimmie) pulled his manhood out of its holster, and shot, and killed, the seventeen year old. Needlessly, in the opinion of many people.

Zimmie is a bad-@ss wannabe. But, in reality, he carries what little manhood he has, in a holster. This whole thing could easily have been avoided if Zimmerman had used his brain (if he has one), and done what he was told to do, instead of trying to act like Wyatt Earp.

Since his trial (and probably before) Zimmie has had a lot of encounters with the police for various things. He has shown a pattern of stupid behavior. Some idiots beg for bad things to happen to them. The problem the OP is talking about is just the latest in a long string of stupid acts.

Hmm...my reading is that he saw a suspicious black youth and followed him at a distance, but the youth took offence and jumped on him. leaving him with no choice but to defend himself.
