It's my day off tomorrow. Been a long time since I drank some of that I might have to go and pick up a six pack. Splurge once in a while! That's a great beer.

20 years ago I used to work in a sports bar in Tampa in the kitchen. We had 39 beers on tap and over 300 all together counting our bottled beers.

At the end of my shift I would get two free pints of draft and half off draft after that.

I woke up on the golf course on my bicycle once wondering how the hell I had got there.... Then I said the hell with it and shook it off and wrote on home.

Spatten optimator doesn't play. Dark German beer at 8%

The one I mentioned is 8.5%, and since its 16oz can, it you have to take it slow.

Yep, I got some of those in the fridge.

When I mentioned I used to get two free pints after work of draft? We also had a 1 quart draft glass.... That time I woke up on the golf course I told him just put both pints in that draft glass of that dark German beer..... And then I kept going after that.

Ah.... To be 22 years old again!

Been raining a lot here lately and I have a huge pile of oak tree limbs and brush that I've been meaning to burn. I make a fire starter mix out of about 90% diesel fuel and 10% gasoline. Much easier to light than diesel by itself but much safer to light than gasoline by itself.

Maybe tomorrow night is bonfire and beer in the middle of the yard night? Of course I have to go to work at 10:00 p.m. but it's my Friday.

Kind of like having my weekend on Monday and Tuesday because the places that are usually crowded on the weekend are deserted when I get there.

So I went to the Winn-Dixie liquor store but didn't find the six pack I was looking for so I said the hell with it and got this as a single can and called it a day.

A nice bitter IPA brewed in Tampa.

We stopped at a Specs in Austin trying to find a special tequila for a friend. We couldn't find it in Specs so it probably never made it to the USA. I have never seen so many alcoholic beverages in one place. People in Texas love their booze. No Tequila that trip.. Specs is definitely the place to buy any kind of beer, wine or liquor you want.
