Again, your answer is making me think you're not willing to hear this correctly, but I'll try one last time. It was after midnight. The police are trained to SHOUT, "POLICE!" repeatedly so that people who might be asleep can hear them. Who says this? A retired KY Police Academy instructor. And trained to be loud enough to not only alert the people in the apartment they are entering, but in ALL SURROUNDING APTs. Think about it: would the police want neighbors coming out of their apartments into a possibly dangerous situation? Yet the next-door neighbors didn't hear them; the only neighbor who did was not in his apartment, yet, because he was just getting home from a late work shift.

yes and the eyewitness that was there and directly above them heard them yell it repeatedly. he has no reason to lie.

it’s obviously woke up taylor and her bf because he was in the hallway wirh a gun ready to open fire when they walked in

I cannot speak for Lesh, but did he say he thought those other officers should have been charged with a crime due to their inadequately loud announcement? The quote of his which you used for your reply doesn't mention anything like that.

That's not all entirely true. He was known to have been allegedly shipping drugs by package but there is no evidence that he sent any to her apartment. He had been seen getting a package at her place but not "a few days prior".

They were there to seach and see if there was...the had probable cause to believe it was happening, hence why the Court approved the search warrant

I understand things just fine, maybe you could explain what you are talking about.
    This question:
"Associated" with the drug trade? How many degrees of separation are needed? It's amazing to me how in almost all these instances, drugs are always brought up as the excuse for the police.
    You answered with this:
    usually 48 hours
    That doesn't answer anything

1 degree is all that was needed in this case, her ex-bf that she still associated with was directly involved and potentially was using her home as a spot for delivery

Not disputing how they got the warrant. The only question about the warrant is that it was a "no knock" and the police changed it. Yes, he had been seen getting a package there. I already said that. I also said that it wasn't "a few days prior" as you stated. It has been also stated that the post office had no evidence of suspicious packages being delivered there.

No real issue..it was a "No-knock" but the police decided nto to do that, which they can do....and they decided to knock and annouce....which is far better in my opinion

Probably why he's the ex boyfriend. She was distantly associated......about as much as anyone and their pot dealer.

No....the woman is dead because of her bf...a drug dealer, and one that shoots at cops.

The evidence is clear the police announced they were there.....there is not one other eyewitness that says that didn't happen

I would beg to differ with you....."The 11 other people weren't witnesses they were asleep in the apartments far away...the neighbor heard the knocking"
The three detectives present were witnesses also, you fail to mention.

Wrong. Her EX BF. Who did NOT shoot at cops and had been apprehended earlier that night ten miles away
And 11 neighbors did NOT hear the cops announce
Can you get any of it right?

Yeah he Ex BF and friend was using drop hrigouse to get drugs deliveried to, she was in adn around her house, including being seen recently picking a package up there.

    He was arrested too...

He current BF was the one that shot at the cops when they were executing a lawful search warrant....it's true that 11 other people that were fast asleep in their homes didn't hear it...but the guy that was wide awake and walking on the stairs directly above heard the police announce and knock

Doesn’t matter if the police announced or not. They had a no knock warrant and didn’t need to announce (even though witness testimony says they did). The police did nothing wrong and shouldn’t be charged.
