I think statute of limitations has run out on those and he has already admitted to the tax violations. Are the business deals he is being called to testify all involved in criminal acts?

 

THEY went public stating that Comer and his committee had the bank records that show it was a loan. Comer said they had no such documents and demanded his lawyers produce them. Don't you think they have an obligation to do so. Yes when you often have to provide such records when you are being investigated.
