Hmmm no wonder they gave him the sweetheart deal. They, the DOJ Weiss investigation, is doing everything it can to protect The Big Guy and putting him under oath is the LAST thing they are going to allow to happen.

And if The Big Guy had NO knowledge of Hunter's business dealing, NADA ZIP NOTHING.............then to what were they going to have him testify? Why would he have been a witness if he has ABSOLUTELY no knowledge about it? What previous statements The Big Guy had made was the DOJ worried about being asked under oath?

Hunter Biden’s lawyers warned prosecutors last year the defense would put the president on the stand to testify in his son’s defense if criminal charges were ever brought against him, according to a report.

Hunter’s lawyer, Chris Clark, wrote a letter to prosecutors last October after news leaked that federal agents had enough evidence to charge the first son with illegally buying a firearm while still using crack cocaine.

Clark said that if the Justice Department charged Hunter, the defense would be forced to put the commander in chief on the witness stand.

“President Biden now unquestionably would be a fact witness for the defense in any criminal trial,” Clark wrote in a 32-page letter obtained by Politico.

The email along with an additional 300 pages of emails reviewed by the outlet give a new, unreported insight into how Hunter’s sweet plea deal — which would have kept him out of prison — fell apart at the seams at the last minute last month.

The business Biden was doing is illegal. Trump's business wasn't.

And when we ask for evidence, the check is in the mail . . . again. The Trump Organization has been found guilty of being a criminal organization. No Biden business can say the same. Why do you guys hate the concept of evidence so much?

Like with DJT, virtually everything thata JRB has done since he became public figure will have been subject to the scrutiny of many if not all of our massive police/intelligence community. RP/DP Congressional leaders should have had access to any juicy "secrets".
The now common assumption that there is a treasure trove of evidence of criminality subject to discovery is IMO, wishful thinking.

There is no evidence that he actually took the offer of the 10% equity . . . which is legal, by the way . . . and was discussed when he wasn't even in office. If he did take the 10% equity and then pulled a Trump and didn't pay taxes, then sure, there could be something illegal there. So where's the evidence? Why do you think it should be illegal to offer a private individual 10% equity in a company? That has NEVER been illegal in the history of our country. Why do you want to make it illegal now, and why should your new law be retroactive?
