You do it they have knowledge of what occurred and had a role in it like being The Big Guy who headed it up and told them what to do. Why did that so scare Weiss and Garland that they stopped any prosecution and were going to issue a immunity until the whistleblowers had had enough and exposed the whole deal?

No you wouldn’t call someone who could implicate you in crimes. Being told what to do doesn’t help, ask all trumps lawyers and staffers lol

Yes. Hundreds of times. Trump has pleaded the fifth hundreds of times. Really. I'm sorry that facts give you a tickle, but they remain facts.

You said Trump refused to testify "hundreds of times". Can you back that up, or are we getting ready for a crawfish boil?... LMAO

Yes. Pleading the 5th hundreds of times is refusing to testify hundreds of times. A junior high student could understand that. Can you back up why you think that pleading the fifth isn't refusing to testify . . . despite that being THE LITERAL ****ING PURPOSE or what?

Did he plead the 5th when he was asked his name? Not all questions have to be answered. His testimony (testified) includes being able to invoke the 5th. No comment is making a comment.

Just I thought...lol. invoking the 5th Amendment, under oath IS considered "testimony". Right?

I didn't say he didn't have the right not to testify. He does have that right. I'm saying he exercised that right. Hundreds of times.

It is literally refusing to testify. Refusing to comment. That's the whole point. If pleading the fifth is "testimony" then Biden's "No comment" is a comment.

His testimony is taking the 5th.

In the same way that Biden's comment is "No comment."

Sometimes "No comment" says more, but it requires speculation. Are you favoring that?

I don't even know what "Are favoring that" means. I'm saying that Trump pulled a "no comment" hundreds of times, so it is dumber than a sack of hammers for Trump supporters to criticize Biden for doing the same thing 2 or 3 times.

My previous post still covers it. To repeat: I'm saying that Trump pulled a "no comment" hundreds of times, so it is dumber than a sack of hammers for Trump supporters to criticize Biden for doing the same thing 2 or 3 times. What aren't you understanding?

Christopher Clark is a smart lawyer.
Weiss? Probably just does what he is told.
