    I could never have imagined myself not agreeing with every word you type here - but that was before Donald Trump. The nation is going down the crapper, and two years is just too long to wait this out. We cannot impeach. We cannot use the 25th. We have to hope that someone keeps this man from doing irreparable harm out of sheer obstinance and impulsiveness. He's just not quite right upstairs, but he is not in a coma either.

    It'll probably come out (in years) that the "inside resistance" was everybody EXCEPT 3 people.... but they were all too afraid to talk to each other and coordinate...

    Some of these smaller newspapers that still exist today in America actually have real journalist working for them.

    "Bozeman Daily Chronicle" not to familiar with the paper but here's how they are reporting the story.
    The real story is, did the NYT fact check the anonymous rat ?
    And who fact checked the fact checker ?

    I want to think it might be her, but I don't know if she would be able to put together an essay as succinct as this one. I suspect that whoever did it had writing experience, because it would be too risky to involve someone else in the writing of it. It had all had to be done by one person with the skills and placement to do it.

    Sure, and it might work in the short term, but eventually the author will be found out. It's obvious that the newspaper has no credibility for Trump or his drones, but the majority of the country trusts them, and I doubt they would throw away their credibility by making this up.
