:frustrated: Hero , and what's wrong with my fonts ?

so you 2nd that , do ya Judge ?

I came to PF as a refugee from BuzzDash when it shut down . There were no Mods there , or Advisors to keep order . It was a fight everyday just to make a decent post , the ladies were stalked and Christians were pack attacked by athesists & trolls . it got so bad it affected my health . I and others tried every way we could to get some sort of sanity restored , to no avail . there were many that suffered , there was 2 posters that made my life miserable , it got so bad that I retained a private detective to track them down . It got that bad , and then it got worse . and then BuzzDash shut down, finally , through abuse & stalkers & flamebait . mainly because the BD owner didn't care .

PF would be the same , if it were not for the Moderators & Advisors.

Wow, that's pretty bad! It's a good thing that that site got shut down. I've had at least one death threat made against me over the years, have often been threatened and have been accused of everything in the world, but never had anything that bad!

that's why I fight so hard to support PF , my friend , BuzzDash was the first forum I joined , and it was a good place , i made many good friends there that I lost contact with when it shut down . . a few are here on PF , but I miss F4 & oil lady & mater2ya & so many other friends that I'll prolly never see again . It's a sad thing to loose touch with a friend .

I know what you mean. I've met a bunch of nice people in several forums and wish that they would all post in the same place! :)

Albert , with all respect , if your gonna whack the Judge , have at it , but at least do the man the courtesy of more than a one-liner post .

a one-liner is a cheap shot , and I expect better from you than that .

the Judge is allowed to make his own mistakes , and when the day comes that he steps over the line and gets the "B" , he'll have brought it upon his own self , in the meantime , play nice .

Not really there are some here whose constant (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)ing is some lame it's not worth taking the time to make a rebuttal. Their antics are so childish, it's better to put them on ignore than read their rubbish.

A member can ignore whomever they please to do so. Now getting a gang together to do it, I wouldn't approve of it. If a member is that bad, I can guarantee you they wouldn't last a long time here. Depending on the intent, I would guess it's a form of harrassment.

It is those who put others on ignore but read their reaction to them to other members and reply that is wrong. If you put someone on ignore that should be the end of reading what they have to say here.

I have never used the feature and I wouldn't want to. We should try to be adults and debate civilly.

In response to the bit I bolded.......it seems to me pointless to have an ignore button which then only works as long as you have the willpower not to hit the view post button on the ignored poster's posts.

Some people (like me from time to time) have this irresistible compulsion to read what is being said in response to a post of theirs, much as there is a propensity for some people to stick their tongue in a hole in a tooth to see if it still hurts.

Maybe the view post button could be lost in the forum upgrade?

I am going to encourage all members of whatever groups I am in to ignore people who use words like "iggy".

Don't feel bad. I think I'm like the most ignored member of this forum, but I'm pretty sure I'm not on anyone's ignore list.

I don't care, though. I'll just sit here and write to myself all day.

To be ignored is to be like a leader of men. In the army if a DI or commander was liked by the troops they usually would say that they were not doing their jobs well enough. If you are ignored that means your message is working and those that ignore you are afraid that others who hear your message may convert to your ideas etc.....be proud ~

Not only is it disrespectful, the one line response to flame against the rules.

Im sure no one is conspiring to ignore you.

Indeed I feel that your behaviour in discussion contradicts debate, and therefore if people feel you need to be ignored then that should happen.

Personally I have no intention of discussing matter related to Israel / palestine with you because in the past you have repeatedly contradicted debate. Therefore all your comments in these regards I now ignore. If you wish me to explain or to discuss this further then I will do this.

Until then enjoy your current situation, Im sure you will and do.

    Its da innernet.
Learn to take a deep breath, be responsible for your own actions, don't retaliate, and report what is against the rules.
How can we expect someone else to behave, if we, ourselves, don't have enough discipline to do so?
