Mexico's a democracy isn't it? If I lived in Mexico should I have the right to vote?

Define your terms. How do you define Palestinian? How do you define Israeli?

If you have a point to make then make it.

Gaza is part of Israel despite your opinion. I am claiming that Gazans can live in Israel proper if they choose to. Any evidence to the contrary?

By showing up at a polling place and they can move to Tel Aviv by truck. Gazans have chosen to separate from Israel and Israel has allowed them to occupy that land and govern themselves. Nevertheless Gaza is a part of Israel.

Not saying you're wrong but doesn't that depend in part on what you define as "Israel"?

Previous to Oct 7 residents of Gaza could work in Israel. There is no reason why they couldn’t stay legally I suppose and begin some process for a Visa leading to citizenship? After Oct 7 the Israel Gaza border has been closed.

Israel left Gaza in 2005 leaving control to the PA. My understanding is that Israel gave up all interest in Gaza in 2005. But I could be wrong.

I don't think so. "From the river to the sea" is israel. It includes Gaza, West Bank and Golan Heights. Pretty simple.

Palestinians from The West Bank can't live legally in Israel, let alone from Gaza, even if they married an Israeli citizen

That saying originated from the Arabs who call for the destruction of Israel.

If it doesn't it is worthless, simply becoming domination of one group over all other disenfranchised groups, and is no better than any other tyrannical government.

It is good because democracies generally have an effective rule of law that limits term length and removal from office. Not true of tyrannies. I've lived under an autocratic government. It isn't the same thing.

The Israeli government have passed laws stopping any Palestinians moving from Gaza or The West Bank to live in towns such as Tel Aviv

    Re:
In other words, you expect us to believe that over 30,000 Hamas members have been killed by a trigger happy IDF that even shoots half naked hostages waving white **** and starving, homeless and sick civilians (1) lined up for the hope of food?

The fact remains that there are 1.8 Billion Muslims around the world and nothing has done more to fill the ranks of Hamas and similar organizations than Netanyahu's genocidal foray around Gaza.

I certainly don't condemn the Israeli government for a proportionate response to any attack but as long as Israel's right wing element and "Settler" land thieves continue to murder Palestine's native residents, destroy their property and steal their land(2) as they have for 80 years, Palestinians, like every brutally occupied people throughout history, are going to retaliate or support those who do.
    It's simply human nature.

What is so objectionable to the rational world is that what should have been a proportionate and surgical response is and has long been exposed as an internationally condemned genocidal land grab.

Among the diversions used by apologists for Netanyahu's genocide is:
    "What about the hostages?"

My response would focus on why there is suddenly an interest in hostages when Israel's prisons have been brimming with tortured hostages long before 7 October (3), (4)

Now that IDF has managed to exterminate well over 30,000 Palestinian men, women and mainly children as a vengeful response to Hamas' murder of about 1,200 Israelis.

The slaughter and starvation of well over 20 dead Palestinians to every Israeli is not "defense" just as starving and exterminating defenseless civilians is not a "war".

If this murderous misadventure is not simply another genocidal, Zionist Land-Grab, why is there no End Game or Exit Strategy other than systematically exterminating Gaza's native residents and traumatizing another generation of Palestinian children who are now learning the true nature of their genocidal occupier?

    Thanks,

EXCERPT "According to the Gaza health ministry, Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) killed at least 104 people and injured at least 750 others as they were congregating in Nabulsi Square near Gaza City, hoping to access flour that was expected to come through in aid trucks. Troops shot at the crowd with tanks and drones, and ran tanks over injured and dead people as they fired, according to Al Jazeera." CONTINUED

EXCERPT "Since Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack, settlers there have killed more than 120 Palestinians and injured at least 2,000. They have forcibly expelled more than 800 Palestinians from their homes, blown up their generators and solar panels, and burned down tents of Bedouin herders.

Again: This has been going on not in Gaza but in the West Bank—which is governed by the Palestinian Authority, not by Hamas." CONTINUED

    https://www.commondreams.org/news/gaza-torture

EXCERPT “Israel Defense Forces officers brought Israeli civilians into detention centers and allowed them to watch and film Palestinian prisoners being tortured, according to survivor testimonies published this week by the Geneva-based Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor.

“Prisoners held at detention centers in Zikim on the northern border of the Gaza Strip and at a site in southern Israel affiliated with Naqab Prison "told Euro-Med Monitor that the Israeli soldiers had purposefully presented them before Israeli civilians, falsely claiming that they were fighters affiliated with Palestinian armed factions and that they had taken part in the October 7 attack on Israeli towns," the group said.

“The former detainees said groups of 10-20 Israeli civilians were brought in and allowed to record torture sessions in which the men, stripped nearly naked, were beaten with metal batons, electrocuted, and had hot water poured over their heads. The ex-prisoners said some of the Israelis laughed while filming their torture.” CONTINUED

EXCERPT "A Palestinian organisation has accused Israel of starving more than 9,100 Palestinian detainees in its prisons, Anadolu Agency reports.

“Israeli prison authorities continue to starve more than 9,100 detainees, including women, children and sick,” the Palestinian Prisoner Society, a local NGO, said in a statement on Monday.

“Israel is also restricting their freedom to practice their religious rituals,” it said.

Tension has soared across the Occupied West Bank amid a deadly Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip following a Hamas attack last October.

According to Palestinian figures, more than 420 people have since been killed, 4,600 injured and more than 7,530 others detained." CONTINUED

Most of the 30,000 are Hamas terrorists. The IDF is the most moral military organization in the history of the world.

The West Bank is controlled by Israel. That came to pass because Jordan attacked Israel as part of the six day war in 1967. Israel defeated the Jordanian forces and in the process pushed the border back to the “river” for defensive purposes. Israel controls the West Bank via its military presence but the PA is the “government” of the West Bank. The people who there are predominantly Sunni Muslims. They are not citizens of Israel. There are Israeli citizens living in the West Bank in outposts and settlements.
