Israel has completely splintered all Palestinian lands, bulldozing, stealing, falsely imprisoning, and thoroughly trampling the rights of Palestinians. That is Israel's doing.

The PA and Hamas are responsible for elections (or rather lack thereof) on Palestinian territories, not Israel. There haven't been any elections there because the respective leaders don't want elections. The PA and Gaza are dictatorships.

Don't know, don't care. There are many more Palestinians from West Bank and Gaza who have received Israeli citizenship through marriage or as refugees.

Hamas and the PA have no more power than provicial governments. Israel has the real power over both, and constantly exerts its authority in both, especially in the West Bank, where it has thoroughly carved up Palestinian lands into tiny pockets, stealing land, bulldozing houses, and sending Israeli settlers throughout it. Those Palestinian governments have very little actual say in anything. The Israeli government is the real power, and the Palestinians have zero ability to influence it.

The laws governing the relations between Israel and the PA are generated by the Oslo Accords. Please cite the relevant parts regarding elections in Palestinian territories.

There are no Israeli settlements, no Israelis, and no Jews, in areas controlled by the PA and Hamas.

The Oslo II accords made divisions in the land that were meant to be TEMPORARY. Of course, Israel ignored this, and made it basically permanent, filling it with Israeli settlers. The Oslo II accords are pretty much worthless, trampled on by the Israeli government. The only way justice can be achieved is by pulling all Israelis out of the West Bank and returning full control to the PA.

The doctors and medics that stayed at these hospitals are heroes. They have been treated like dirt.

 

That was done in the Gaza Strip. Israel left in 2005 leaving the PA in control. Hamas then took control via an election and violent coup in 2006. Hamas has turned the Gaza Strip into a hell hole. Hezbollah will do the same to the West Bank.

Hamas gained control because Israel refused to let the PA be the governing body, then propped up Hamas, pretty much guaranteeing that they win. Learn from history. You have obviously been ignoring it.
