That means you do not have one at hand. You hear...from where? From UFO forum? Or maybe there are some voices in your head that are talking to you? Then you should drink less vodka.

It is from museum. I see no problem- museum expositions carry reliable information.

And yet, the Chinese seem to have the basis for a claim.
On Chinese maps from the Yuan dynasty (1271–1368), Vladivostok is called Yongmingcheng (永明城 [Yǒngmíngchéng], "city of eternal light"). During the Ming dynasty (1368–1644) it was under Ming rule as part of the Nurgan Regional Military Commission. It was visited by Chinese expeditions under Haixi Jurchen eunuch Yishiha, and a relic of that time, the Ming Yongning Temple Stele is displayed in the local museum. The 1689 Treaty of Nerchinsk defined the area as part of China under the Manchu Qing dynasty. Later, as the Manchus banned non-banner Han Chinese from most of Manchuria (including the Vladivostok region), it was only visited by shēnzéi (參賊, ginseng or sea cucumber thieves) who illegally entered the area seeking ginseng or sea cucumbers (ambiguous, since both words use the Chinese 參, shēn). From this comes the current Chinese name for the city, 海參崴 – (Hǎishēnwǎi, "sea-cucumber cliffs"). A French ship which is believed to have visited the area around 1858 found several huts belonging to Han or Manchu fishermen. No foreign or Chinese maps show any sizable Chinese settlement there within the decades prior to the founding of Vladivostok [1]. There is also the Udge, the Orochi, the Nanai, and the Mohe living in Vladivostok.

Kyiv is older than Moscow and the Russian empire, but that hasn't stopped Putler and friends thinking it belongs to them.

Kyiv belonged to Kyiv Rus. There was no such state as Ukraine. It was established by Lenin. Now they remove the monuments to Lenin in Ukraine, instead they should worship him. Stupid people.

Kyiv being the capital of Kievan Rus, so that territory belongs to Kyiv, and therefore to Ukraine, if we're going to base territorial claims of modern states on such historical claims.

Ukrainian resolve and bravery are being undermined by Republicans' cowardice in Congress.

The Ukrainian military’s effective use of drones on the battlefield cannot fully mitigate Ukraine’s theater-wide shortage of critical munitions. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated in an interview with German outlet BILD published on April 10 that Ukraine is successfully domestically producing drones, but that drones cannot replace air defense systems, long-range missile systems, or artillery. Ukrainian forces have partially mitigated ongoing artillery ammunition shortages by using first-person view (FPV) drones to blunt Russian infantry and armored vehicle assaults, although artillery systems can deliver much more powerful strikes than loitering munitions and drone-dropped munitions.

Where did I say that Moscow was a state? Lenin founded Ukraine, therefore Ukranians should be grateful to him.

Why Kyiv should belong to Ukraine? Is there anything in the name of Kyiv Rus that points that it should belong to Ukraine?

Not only Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, but also Finland were in Russia. Lenin allowed it to separate. That is why Finland had a lot of Lenin monuments. Finns were more smart than Ukranians to keep the monuments of Lenin.
