    ah, so if they are breaking into a government building carrying the Confederate flag and sprays two cops in the face with mace along the way, rending one cop unconscious for a bit - then only 2-year sentence?

    Poor guy! If he wanted to attack cops and get away with it he should have gone to one of the MANY BLM riots. At least the USA is awake now to the 2 tier system with J6 reminding us EVERY DAY that different laws apply to the right.
