Let's face it, the only Republican who has earned more contempt than Boehner is Christie.

 

The politics nor beliefs of the folks don't matter.... there is no place for haughty public rudeness at a so called high ceremony such as this. All it did was show the true character of Michelle Obama. Shame on her... sad, for someone who is supposed to represent the best of what America is to the rest of the world.

Heck yeah... I'd slap the crap out of Boner(sp) if he dared to disrespect the president or his wife like this in public. If he rolled his eyes at my wife regardless of how stupid her statement was I'd be want to do worse that slap.....
Our representatives in government need to keep their emotions under control and so should their wives if they want to at least convey a sense of bidirectional respect and consideration.
Sorry, but in this case, Ms Obama comes across as a word which I won't use here. If she is not that, then why did she convey it to the entire world at the dinner?
Maybe a quick apology and us moving on is best?

 

Can't remember another first lady eating in public, shoveling it in like there is no tomorrow. She must not have eaten for a week. Elbows on the table. Chomping her food, not chewing it. No table manners whatsoever. She must have been raised by a Neanderthal.

 

Hehe.. if I was a con I'd be frustrated and desperate too but their best chance of getting out of jail is for Obama to pass some legislation to help them.... so dang, they need to just be good, get some good jail time while they serve their time and do what they can to better their lives for when they go get out of jail.

 

This really doesn't bother me at all. I still don't like her based upon many of her past quotes and actions, but you can't really hate on someone for being themselves.

 

I agree. When you're the 1st lady and at a public event, show some class and rolling your eyes back in your head is grade school stuff.... wht makes it even worse is she knows people are watching her do this and she doesn't even care......
