    My mother-in-law and my own mother have dementia and their long term memory is just fine, it's their short term memory that went down hill. Biden can remember his Amtrak stories, Cornpop, being raised by Puerto Ricans, and so on, but he can't remember what he did when he was a senator and then VP?

    Yea, after his sweetheart deal was tossed.

    As for your “mello guy,” the prosecutor declined to charge him because he’s an old man with a bad memory. Biden can’t remember when he left the Senate or the Vice Presidency. The prosecutor claimed it would be hard to convict Biden because the jury would be sympathetic to him because of his mental state.

    What an endorsement for re-election! We need to feel sorry for him because he’s mentally incompetent. Therefore he deserves our vote. :wall: :psychoitc::spin:

    Not at all. Having something and giving it back isn’t the same as having something and refusing to give it back, lying about giving it back, and conspiring to not give it back. Think of the difference between drug possession, and possession of drugs with intent to distribute.

    Funny considering Biden asked the DOJ if he was still VP in 2009, couldn't remember when he was VP, nor couldn't remember the year his son died by several years.

    Biden had no intention of giving it back until the Trump story broke. Besides, Biden wasn't allowed to even have that stuff. Period.
