No charges for Biden for improper handling of classified documents

Neither did pence, also not charged. Nobody gets charged just for having it. Nobody. Biden wasn’t showing them off, or conspiring to defy the subpoena to return them. It’s that simple.

There is no evidence that Biden “purposely” retained documents. This may be the right wing line, at the moment. But there isn’t any evidence to support that claim.

And the fact that Biden invited the FBI in doesn’t suggest any attempt to conceal.

 

I am starting to think Biden is going to resign. There is no way they can publish that he is mentally incompetent to stand trial and still remain in office. I predicted four years ago that he would never finish his term due to his senility. Maybe I was right. The thought of Kamala as President is just nauseating.

 

There is no evidence to support that claim at all.

 

The report gave excuses as to why Biden wasn't charged, that means he could have been charged but they chose not to.

 

How many years did he have the stuff? If he intended to give the stuff back he would have years ago.

 

The SC report literally says Biden says Biden intentionally retained and shared the documents...

"President Joe Biden "willfully" retained and disclosed highly classified materials when he was a private citizen, including documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan and other sensitive national security matters, according to a Justice Department report that nonetheless says no criminal charges are warranted for him or anyone else."

Sure seems like for any normal politician they use negligence as the going excuse for everyone but Trump. Biden’s negligence gave him a pass with classified documents and Hillary’s negligence gave her a pass with classified emails, but Trump oh no… he’s guilty. It’s amazing

Not willful, he gave them back. He didn’t have his driver hide them and then try to delete the evidence. He didn’t lie when subpoenaed.

Intent matters. Trump kept his defiantly and refused to cooperate fully to return them. Biden acted like a forgetful idiot. It sucks that these two are our choices, but Trump is clearly more criminal than Biden in the handling of classified documents.

 

Biden had classified documents in his possession for 14 years.

 

Biden intended to retain and share the documents.
