Republicans have been privately admitting defeat on their whole bogus impeachment inquiry for some time now. Last week, the New York Times reported that House GOPers have begun plotting a new strategy to save face: sending criminal referrals to the Justice Department against President Biden and those close to him.

House Republicans have reportedly been acknowledging privately that they don’t have the evidence or even the votes within their own ranks to charge President Biden with high crimes and misdemeanors, according to the Times. So, they’ve been considering sending letters to the DOJ, requesting that prosecutors investigate crimes they think have been committed by Biden, his family and/or his associates.

The difference between Left and Right, left had the vote to impeach Trump twice. The right doesn’t have the vote. So, all the learning from the left will not get GOP anything.

And what will that accomplish? You think we the DEMS will give up all our cheating so Trump can win? You think we the DEMS will not print fake ballot? You think if Gop expose Ukraine bribed Biden in 2017, we will not stuff ballot? What would that accomplish other then you sit in front TV and feel good about it? Nothing , absolutely nothing. As Gop going thru all these mumbo jumbo about Hunter Biden and Senile Biden, we are printing fake ballot in Hunan province , that is in China. Once those ballot are printed , Air Ukraine will fly them and bring them to deep blue state like IL. We already have Truck ready and undocumented Guatemalan truck drive ready to drive them in each battle ground state.

This time Joe Biden is the POTUS, not some insurrectionist “ I want to be dictator on day one”. Those who try to overturn US election in 2024, they will find the wrath of US Justice System lot faster then last time.

 

Yes they could impeach him now for his family influence peddling that was made quite clear in the hearing yesterday. Biden has been LYING, he was fully involved and had full knowledge of the goings on, it was HE they were selling, it is HE our worst foreign adversaries were paying for. As noted in the hearing not just Hunter violated the FARA law but so did The Big Guy by taking part and adding his influence and both should be charged.

This committee should issue subpoena's for both Hunter and The Big Guy and send a letter to Garland demanding he send federal agents to enforce the already subpoenaed bank and credit card records the Bidens have been withholding.

You got Hunter refusing to come before the public under oath now and the committee being obstructed of the records. You got Biden's accountant at the time testifying there were no loans between the family members just money transfers. Nothing the Dems offered refuted any of the Rep witness testimony.

Impeach and remove so the DOJ can properly charge and prosecute.

I say...again...been hearing they 'could' impeach Biden for over 3 years and yet...nothing. So again...what gives? For something that was supposed to be so easy I'm confused as to the hold up. Let's freakin go Repubs. Get off your asses and get this done. Tired of all the useless talk.

Yes those records are under subpoena and will add even more evidence to the facts what are you wanting them to hide? The House IS in the process of impeaching him NOW there IS a PROCESS and a FULL evidentiary hearing and trail held. So go write the WH and demand the Bidens start turning over all those records then write the committee and urge them to immediately start issuing the subpoenas and that will speed things up.

The whole Comer, Jordan et al direction was a short lived thin fabric of lies. And, they knew it.

They just used our expensive House resources for attacking the president in an election year.

House GOPers have never been able to present any evidence of the high crimes and misdemeanors supposedly committed by the President, and their star witnesses admitted as much in the first impeachment inquiry hearing. But the gradual, sputtering demise of James Comer’s Very Serious investigation has been entertaining to watch unravel ever since news broke that Alexander Smirnov, the former FBI informant whose tip to the agency has served as the focal point of House Republicans’ feverish Hunter Biden hysterics, was arrested for lying to the FBI about said tip.

Last week, the New York Times reported that in lieu of actually taking a vote on impeachment, House Republicans were considering sending a symbolic criminal referral to the DOJ, urging prosecutors to investigate supposed Hunter Biden/Joe Biden/Biden associates crimes.
