NYC Synagogue Vandalism Suspect Is Former City Hall Anti-Hate Crime Intern.

 

He is a mentally disturbed individual who has battled through adversity all of his life. The NYC council tried working with him and helping him along.

He probably isn't anti-Semitic, but is just showing anger against those closest to him. His last foster parents (out of 10) were Jewish and he attended and possibly graduated from a very Jewish university in Brandeis.

He is at a psych hospital now hopefully getting back on track.

Nazism is not right or left it is an amalgamation of all sorts of disparate ideas and depending on where in the timeline you look it switched values midstream. Nazism changed core values in order to adapt and it was also tied to Hitler's whimsies. Second using the US left/right system on a European ideology is silly but lets just ask a few questions...

Do conservatives support more government overreach or less? Nazi's were pervasive in all activities including home, education etc. Sounds more like liberals today than conservatives.

Do conservatives support racial quotas and limits on which races can apply or work at a given location? Nazis prevented Jews and other undesirables from owning businesses or property or working outside of labor camps based solely on their race. Liberals are the ones today who are advocating race based quotas for employment and education as we have seen by the massive anti- Asian sentiment coming from the left. Most conservatives want merit to be the only thing.

The only area you can compare Nazi's to the conservatives is in relation to xenophobia where clearly many if not most conservatives have a strong strain of xenophobia towards outsiders. Republicans are the party of "keep all of dem forners out of my US of A." But when it comes to racially profiling and segregating its own citizens that is entirely a liberal thing.
