Oh oh. Was PF attacked by one of those Russian fake-news bots?

Or is it just one of those Republicans who think that by saying ugly words like "communism" they have made some sort of point?

If you're going to measure popularity of Obamacare by election results, I would think the popular vote would be a better indicator. The 2016 and 2012 Dens garnered more popular votes each time even though they fell behind in the legislature due to gerrymandering. Even if the Republicans hold either the senate or house or both, there’s a better then even chance Dems will win the popular vote for the third consecutive election.
That’s boards well for govt. healthcare in general as all nominal polls have Obamacare at its highest level ever. Of course, it’s a poorly informed result as removing the mandate while keeping Pre ex conditions is counterproductive. It goes against the gold standard of universal healthcare, Medicare for all.

We can say Context matters only if both sides agree on meanings of the terms used. Declaring passed legislation that has also passed in the Supreme Court as being unconstitutional is wrong in everyone’s book . If you want to say in “your opinion it should not be” , that’s one thing, and you’re entitled to your opinion. The final arbiters are the Supreme Court justices.

Just the fact that Sessions, a Trump lacky, says something is unconstitutional and then chooses NOT. To defend the statement tells you everything you need to know. He’s FOS.
The Mass healthcare law also has enrollment mandates. When the SC passed on the ACA mandate, you can bet the precedent of states with their enrollment mandates weighed heavily in the decision. It’s going to be tough for anyone to make HC unconstitutional as much as it is Roe v Wade. . Both are still constitutional.

What polls? Be specific, and provide links.

My thing is, I love Trump rallies. He is going only to deep red states and speaks only to his fanatic base. They believe every damn thing he says. Trump makes no attempt to broaden his base. He goes only to a small minority of states and his adoring admirers are only a small minority. The liberal media is eager to share some of his most outrageous statements like, "the media is the enemy of the people."

What does that mean exactly? The damn fool doesn't realize he is convincing all other voters, the vast majority, that his power has to be reined in and that he is an embarrassment.

    For sure
Well it worked when the Dems were complacent. When he goes to Pittsburg uninvited, he was met at the airport by an escort and one Rabbi. Really, regardless of the situation or the president who should not have gone on their days of morning when literally, no “followers” except protestors there to greet you, you have to believe something different is in the air. Typical sign...” president of hate, leave our state.”
