What part of Trump and Clinton are not close to socialism do you not understand? I will not vote for either of them, ever. Maybe YOU should vote for Bernie so he becomes the nominee so you can get the left on board. If not, don't complain when we don't vote/vote for someone else. It was your choice.

When Bill Clinton was in the WH, did we make progress? No, we went backwards in many areas. Obama became President and had a super majority, and STILL only went for the smallest of incremental changes. The Democratic party, as a whole, does NOT WANT to change the system.

You disagree that our economic system is in need of a change? Really?

I've pointed out how Clinton has supported positions that benefit the working folks. If you want to continue on this silliness that she would be just as bad as Trump I think you're nuts, but that's your choice.

I disagree. While Bill Clinton was president he raised taxes (mostly on the rich) and brought a then record deficit into a surplus. *All* classes saw real increases in their incomes while he was president. 22 million jobs were created, the unemployment rate dropped to 3.8%.

But he also had a Republican Congress for the last 6 years of his tenure, that limited what he could do.

Where are you getting that I said that? Really?

Real Cear Politics' Popular vote in primaries to date:

    Clinton: 9,350,572

    Trump: 8,197,535

    Sanders: 6,946,913

    Cruz: 6,263,349

There is little doubt that the overwhelming majority of Sanders supporters will vote for Clinton after she becomes the nominee and Sanders throws his support behind her.

"I'm not an idiot. I'm still gonna vote for Hillary Clinton," one young man said. "Lesser of two evils here. I'm not gonna say I'm one of the votes that responsible for Donald Trump being in office."

Whether Trump and Cruz continue to call one another "Liar!" and their followers defile one another remains to be seen.

At least some Sanders supporters show that they get the big picture.

Let's go through this.....Hillary supports free trade, Trump outsources to China. Hillary doesn't support raising minimum wage to a living wage, neither does Trump. Hillary doesn't want to expand social security by raising the cap on eligible income, neither does Trump. Hillary does not want a Medicare for all system of healthcare, neither does Trump. I think you're just going alone with her like a sheep does its shepherd. Don't fall in line for conventional economics if you want change.

Clinton raised taxes on the rich slightly, and eliminated glass steagall and ruined nearly all financial regulations. Horrible trade off to me. Clinton said "I will raise your income taxes a bit, but put your money elsewhere and it'll be alright". He kicked hundreds of thousands of single mothers off of any welfare they were receiving under the conservative guise of "welfare reform". He completed Reagan's transition from a pension system, to a 401k put your retirement in the stock market system. Clinton oversaw the most borrowing in history up until after his Presidency. That sounds like helping working people to you??

Oh, and he did those things with HELP from Newt Gingrich, not in opposition.
