    The DeSantis campaign is going on offense with another ad as the midterm elections swiftly approach, proudly declaring that “freedom is here to stay” in the Sunshine State — a meaningful declaration given that Rep. Charlie Crist (D-FL), the governor’s potential opponent, happily admitted that he is open to restricting freedom, such as forcing individuals to wear masks.

    The ad piggybacks off the theme of Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) describing Florida has “America’s liberty outpost” in a world of censorship, woke corporations, and left-wing activists openly attempting to sexualize children.

    It is great that freedom has a champion like Ron De Santis to defend her. He’s exactly right to do so. He has made Florida a beacon of light shining upon the dark evil that is blue state America.

    Democrats hate that message. They want unfettered control over all aspects of the lives of US citizens. Just like Nancy congratulated China on as "one of the "freest" countries on earth"... She's a loon.

    That’s what they keep telling us. We know better. Those of us in red states and rural areas of blue ones love our freedom enough that we won’t let them take it away from us

    For 4 years libs complained about all the imaginary freedoms they lost under Trump. Now we have another guy, DeSantis, who is pro freedom and less government control and the left hates him.

    The woke secular progressive left elites see it as a loss or a defeat for them when middle Americans like us gain economic freedom, individual rights, religious liberty. They see it as a personal affront to them when we bitterly cling to our God given inalienable rights.

    It'll take a few years to play out... we're just going through the death throes now.

    The radical, authoritarian left controls all our institutions; and, they are only just beginning to weaponize the institutions they control.

    The Republicans are fatally compromised at the top of their party, i.e. McConnell, McCarthy, Pence, and the rest of them are on Team Establishment.

    No way will they lift a finger to stop the authoritarian takeover of our country.

    Between now and November no matter who is running for what office where or any combination there of, I expect to see no articles threaded about any democrat running for any office or any news that comes out of any of their campaigns in current events as topical issues in the news. Right now this is being selectively enforced to silence all news about what Republicans are saying and doing. This will be fun in late 23 on to Nov 24 so that absolutely nothing about the Presidential election is considered as a current event in the news.
    And why is the article about the FBI raid on Trumps house not in law and justice where it really belongs. Double standard much?
