I don't recall reading anything about Oswald going to USMC sniper school. I remember Basic Training when I went into the US Army in the 1960s. I received the basic rifle instruction after I was already quite proficient with a variety of firearms and in the Army went on to become proficient with even more firearms. The USMC training Oswald probably received was not extensive but I don't know what additional training or individual practice he may have received. I'm pretty sure that Oswald would have used the M1 Garand semi auto rifle to qualify in the USMC Basic rifle course
The problem with "conspiracy theory" is human nature and the inability to keep such things secret for very long.
According to the video you cited, it certainly looks like the Secret Service Agents are confused & "standing down" but I doubt if you're going to change any minds that are already convinced about the "Lone Gunman" theory.
I'm not here to try to change anyone's mind about anything. I'm here to discuss issues, preferably with those who are interested in a genuine discussion. She was working on it, when she was found dead, in her home, in a bed she never slept in, from an alcohol and barbituate OD. Just like Marilyn Monroe. This used to be a great way to murder people, so it looks like an OD. Dorothy Kilgallian. Another coincidence is her research was missing and never found. In fact you have done no such research and cannot even cite a single quote from the report which is false and prove that it was a lie. Dorothy Kilgallen had no research to find. She never interviewed ruby alone she only shouted some questions at him along with other reporters during a recess in his trial. The claim about blowing the case wide open was relayed by her hairdresser six months after her death. The hairdresser claims she made the statement six months BEFORE her death. She had loads of time to make such evidence known but never tried because she had nothing. Her death was not mysterious she was a known heavy drinker and used prescription barbituates. That combination is easy to OD on and there was nothing unusual about the bed she was on.

It is you citing films as evidence even though they are not. So cite a specific passage of the Warren Commission report which you claim is a lie and provide evidence that it is a lie. You have no such evidence that it was an inside job and tons of evidence proves Oswald did it. The claim it was impossible for him has been massively proven false on this thread. So demonstrate something new which would have made it impossible. It is not about movies it is about evidence which you always ignore and never provide.
