In 30 years, what's left of Russia just might be democratic. I doubt your fascist system will survive this war. Your people will overthrow the regime eventually, after enough have died senselessly.

He thinks like an imperialist smarting from the loss of formerly held territories, and so imagines that Americans will be really bothered at the thought of losing such a culturally significant and economically important city or state. But he just doesn't seem to get how laughable the idea is, since ruZZia's best fighting force is currently struggling to take Ukrainian territory a meter at a time and suffering heavy losses for it, and therefore obviously has a protester's chance in Moscow of taking any piece of US territory by any means.

Yup....by some accounts 85% of RuZZian military involved in Ukraine war....which doesn't say much about Mafiosi fighting ability.....LOL.

Yep, and they're pretty much reduced to human wave assaults and terrorist attacks on civilian homes and infrastructure. Not much more they can do with a bunch of under-trained conscripts and freed convicts, especially with their ammo depots being sent to kingdom come by HIMARS strikes.

Interesting that he says the Russian central bank is increasing investments in US government bonds. I'm surprised they're even allowed to do so. Why not cut them off?

You may have made a point within that foaming rant Zoomer .. China giving your beloved Vlad Ammo as NATO runs out will suck for those poor untrained Ukrainian teens in the trenches .. fodder for the meat grinder.

but don't lose hope Zoomie ... they will be able to double production of Javalins 6 years from now ... too bad we will have lost an entire generation long before that date comes.

The trick is that 99% of Russians did not feel the conduct of a special operation in Ukraine in their daily lives. People go to work, children go to school, pensioners go to the clinic.
Yes, they watch the news. Yes, they worry and root for the Russians. But there is no deterioration in the standard of living or an overstrain of efforts and is not expected. And that is exactly how it should be done.
Russia lives its daily life. For this, invisible, underestimated and unsung, many people work.
Someone is setting up a parallel export. Someone is buying oil tankers into the "shadow fleet" and creating alternative supply chains. Someone is negotiating (and successfully!) With countries that are not part of "the whole world that is with Ukraine" (and such are the vast majority).
No tantrums. Chemezov routinely reports "improved, increased, built up." Boring, no intrigue and tension, you can’t catch the hype on this.
Western media and Ukrainian propaganda in the person of Lucy Arestovich habitually lied that "Russia spent a third of the budget on the war."
Small, it's considered elementary. About 2.7 trillion rubles (slightly more than $40 billion) were spent on the special operation in ukraine and the elimination of the consequences of sanctions (together, in the aggregate). And the usual budget expenditures are over 22 trillion. That is, the special operation in ukraine cost 12% of the state budget (not from GDP! Do not confuse - even more ridiculous percentages are obtained there).
At the same time, budget revenues also grew due to high energy prices and a number of other market factors.
That is, like this, yawning, Russia can continue the special operation in Ukraine for ten to fifteen years, purely at the expense of accumulated reserves (which, as it turned out, no one froze - what a surprise!).
And at this time in the United States, sixty-five mass murders (this is when more than four corpses at a time) in forty days. California is on fire. Trains derail due to deteriorating infrastructure, creating Chernobyl-scale ecological disasters. Addicts-zombies on the streets. In Chicago, thousands are killed in a year. In Detroit, on the contrary, nothing happens - a dead city in ruins. Oil refineries and smelters are on fire. The power lines are crumbling.....
And according to the plans, it is necessary to start a mess against China in 2025. And, as the mountain goat sang, “An avalanche is approaching, but I’m not ready for something.”
I don't even want to talk about Europe - Their bravura reports "We have reduced our dependence on Russian gas and oil" read as "Daddy died, so we began to save a lot on food."
Miracles do not happen, and savings come from the destruction of production. BASF has closed the last two factories in Germany (and is moving them to China and Southeast Asia).

In general, in this very game theory there are different strategies for winning. One strategy is when everyone is falling, fall the slowest. And IMF for the Russians predict GDP and industrial production growth this year (unlike Germany and Britain, for example).
This strategy is scalable. That is, Artyomovsk could have been taken for a long time. But then it would be necessary to arrange a meat grinder somewhere else, to destroy other settlements. It's easier and cheaper to do it in a targeted place with good logistics.
It would be possible to bring down the Kyiv regime. But then the American politicians would have thrown the Baltics and/or Poland against the Russians (and the Russians would have had the need to suppress the Ukrainian fascists in the former Ukraine on their balance sheet). The result would be the same, but at the cost of great effort and loss.

Do you have any deadline? It is imperative to win before Friday, because otherwise what? No? Here, and take your time.
The world-system collapses once every hundred years, and it does not happen all at once. The less effort the Russians spend on its collapse, the more resources the Russians will have left for the next stage.
