I do not think there has been any athletes that have died from COVID and are the most likely to have minimal symptoms of COVID. I think they would be last to receive it, IMHO.
I called Pelosi a hypocrite too, foe going to the hair saloon. I also said that the economy takes care of itself, once the virus is under control. That has to be the first priority, control the virus. The GOP, as usual, has it backwards, they think that the economy comes first and the virus doesn't matter. That's not how it works. People who are afraid of getting infected are not going to go to restaurants or bars. Of course, you could also go for heard immunity policy and let the virus run wild, as some in the GOP have suggested. I'll let you think about the repercussions.

Rubio, Graham, and McConnell all, on more than one occasion chided the wearing of masks, chided the effectiveness of masks, and all 3 of them attended multiple Trump rallies while not wearing masks. Nobody is “against” a vaccine. Your making that up. Pointing out the hypocrisy of those senators is not anti-vaccine. And YES, Trump gets some credit for operation Warp Speed, but you have to admit the irony of all of them getting the Pfizer Vaccine and calling it the “trump Vaccine”......please tel me you get that irony...

Andrew Cuomo even stated he that he would not trust any information coming out of this administration and would put together their own review committee, headed by the New York Department of Health to review the vaccine.

I've found here that when people get snarky and say things like "Learn. Please. Oh please. Learn" it generally indicates someone that themselves are lacking in info. T**** told you lies about WHO by projecting onto them things he said. WHO, for example, said things like "based on the info we have it's not yet spreading but vigilance is required" While T**** was saying the Chinese are doing a great job and have it completely in hand. WHO will be essential in vaccinating huge swaths of the world where no one else has any expertise. If those places are left unvaccinated there is zero chance covid will be defeated. Thank God by the time they have to kick it into high gear the US will have a president that will restore their funding and work with them.
Now that the virus is mutating and those new strains unlikely to be affected by the current vaccines, what to do? Maybe the government can set up "going home" centers nationwide a' la "Soylent Green" and we can all peacefully escape the horrors to come.

Yes, and the more spread there is before the vaccination is widespread, the higher the chance for the virus to mutate. If we get uncontrolled, exponential growth before universal vaccination, we may dig the vaccine's grave before it is implemented. So, what to do? Be responsible and stop going to the bar, wear a mask, and social distance for 2-4 more months, or just let the virus run rampant for the sake of the almighty economy, possibly rendering the vaccine ineffective? I know which side I am on.
