Yep, Sharia is already here in America and this type of thing is going to get worse as more and more of these cases come to court.

Biased activist judges need to removed from the bench. I hope the victim in this case appeals to a higher court.

 

If you read the comment on the second video of the court hearing the atheist was ordered not to release the tape to the public and I can see why the judge doesn't want his bias exposed. The atheist will probably be in jail by next week when this goes viral and the judge gets wind of it.

Good point about liberals, too. These kinds of stories must drive them crazy, because they are torn between their own atheism and desire to side with their Islamist allies.

Not a case of Sharia. Just a case of a really bad decision by a judge that should be overturned. The judge offered the legal reason by citing relevant code, but it rings hollow.

The atheist was attacked therefore the Muslim individual should be charged with assault unless there are additional circumstances not admitted by the current information concerning the case.
