The good thing about grocers is that they're like gas stations, drive 2 more miles and you'll find a different one.

If Publix suffers a decline in business I wont mind, serves them right for enabling bigotry, but it will suck for their privately owned shares most of which belong to the employees themselves.

 

Kids will do the silliest things. Hey I remember Chinese fire drills which were performed while the car with a full car load of kids was stopped at a red light and everyone got out and ran around the car and jumped back in before the light changed. We still did that in the early to mid sixties even though it was "invented" by the generation a couple three years older than mine.

I was driving my dads car and we did it and I got pulled over by a police officer who was my neighbor and his daughter was in the car. I got a verbal warning for obstructing traffic and a lecture that we could have been rear ended if Inwas still stopped when the light changed.

So what the hell kids do silly things.

Edit add- Indo not knowvwhybwe called it a Chinese fire drill but that was before PC so we could and not get arrested for violating the civil right of Chinese Communists.

 

Or you could go whole hog and put crime tape around them.

The more I think about this Inwill say that the store manger should have some form of border around those demonstrators such as orange cones to isolate the store from viability.

Technically I would have tried to use that as a defense when Inwaso in the claims Department. The store manager if he was smart and alert should have called the police and insisted that the demonstrators were creating a public safety hazard and asked the cops to convince them to exit.

This is typical leftist behavior in that they'll try to cause pain and misery for innocent people in order to get what they want. The first this I would have done is accidentally stepped on that camera in the picture. But if anyone knew in advance that these people were for sure going to show up and do this, then they should have arranged to have a bunch of blind people and people in wheelchairs come in to do some shopping but couldn't because the the aisles were blocked. Another thing that could have been done is to have people bring their service dogs into the store - dogs which really, really need to relieve themselves.
