Thanks a lot. I have ice and witch hazel. The broken ankle bone nearly pierced the skin from the inside. Ouchie. I have to make it til 2 april not need my high tech velcro, heavy metal and cast that looks like a knee high jack boot be done with.

 

dang , you really whacked that ankle , whew , ouch and triple ouch . whew ,,, make sure it's dry ice ,,, if you put regular ice , it'll melt and soften the cast ,,, you don't want that , the moisture will further inflame the sore .
