OLDER sisters Home Shopping { or QVC } bills which in her state of Dementia
she had no recollection of what she was buying.She kept entirely to herself in
her family's domicile way off into the Austrian Alps.she had a Female caregiver
to fix her meals,living within a short walk,in a section of a Converted barn.
Maria spent her last days in her nice,large wooden cabin in her fuffy big
bed and 2 huge TV's hanging down from the rafters on some special made
scalfolding ... just watching her Home Shopping channels and listening to her
Music.Ocassionally putting on a VHS tape of her very dramatic performances
which germans fell in love with.Sister Maria had the Kindest and most honest
looking smile on Film,at that time { 50's }'
I fell in Love with that film but it wasn't available except rental.
Maximillian Directed that { 1984 } Film - Marlene -.
Dietrich like Greta Garbo retired as a Recluse in her splendid Paris apartment.
Garbo in New York city.

 

So what is a guy supposed to do tomorrow when he has a hankein' for a
nice long bottle of - Big Ass Bourbon -.
I mean,I guess a fellar could traipse around the neighborhood with a cup
in hand.Instead of politely asking for sugar,could asked for a few belts of bourbon.
I mean,if'n a fellar had a notion.Is All.

 

Could always volunteer for the Sherriff's blood alcohol study. In my town, they'll get you drunk for free to test the effects of being impaired

She was quite nice in Cary Grants Last movie which I like { - Walk Don't Run -.}
and she did a nice job in the Kidnap movie - The Collector - { 1964 } starring
Terence Stamp of - Billy Budd - { 1962 } a must see. Stamp will be remembered
from his role in - Wall Street - { 1987 }.
I am reading the 2016 Book - The Plots of Hitler - and General Beck is
a big part of the early conspirators. In - Valkyrie - { 2008 } The Tom Cruise
vehicle,Terence Stamp plays General Ludwig Beck.

Have read the book detailing the plots to assassinate Hitler. It is an amazing read - there were so many that just missed him. The Prussian suicide bomber set to show off the new winter uniforms when Hitler rescheduled at the last minute stands out. The Cruise movie struck me as very accurate and good.

Just checked, Risen from the Ashes is available on Youtube free - 10 minutes segments. That format works pretty well. The segments buffer up and run consecutively.

 

No Xmas goats for me either, but I did get this pretty little thing.
