    Here we are, folks... in the dawg daze of summer. Hotter'n hell and no relief in sight.

    today wasn't too bad in the 80's but if texas was hot then its coming to the northeast because we are on the same jet stream

    Howdy, signing in for ice cold beer and hot dogs. Does anyone eat hot dogs? Smokey burns them, that we know, but actually eating them. Gotta be from a butcher I trust.

    no the supermarket has a butcher but seven eleven they get it from corporate and heat them up on the rolling hot cylinders.

    but hot dogs are made up from the bad parts of a hog that they don't use to make deli meats and ribs, so never had one made by a butcher just the machine slaughter house type of hot dogs that are mass produced

    Puhleese, g/f... hot dogs are a staple in my house. Now I will admit I've moved from any ole hotdog to Nathan's, but that's as far as I'm going. My mom loved a good chili dog and she lived to 90.

    Life's too short to go 'dogless.

    I love hot dogs but lately I hve been on a health kick..so the dogs are not on the menu. I may not make it to 90...

    I have noticed that in the summer and fall certain bird species follow a pattern and that has nothing to do with dog days Daisy.
    But is it possible that you and your posts cause some of us to want need and the dream lol......

    If they are smart, they conserve their energy, just as we all should during the hottest times. Smart things, them there birds.
    Besides, all that flirting subsides a bit later in the year, except for them esp fertile ones.
    Yeah yeah, haven't had any coffee yet. Y'all just wait until I wake up.

    Morning all. Time for this here old man to check in. Been a little under the weather lately. Not making excuses now mind you, I guess that some lazyness could also be included. OK. So it was a lot of lazyness. Seems to be that everytime Linda adds a bunch of things to the job jar, I just seem to come down with a bad case of lazyness. Strange isn' it. Well right after I have had my norning coffee I will get right to work on the first project out of that darn old jar. Yeah, that's what I'll do. Right after that cup of joe. Course now it just might take me a while now.
