    It is a legitimate question, Poly. If you claim life starts at conception, it implies there is no life before conception which is not true. The sperm and egg are alive too, so why do you not apply your argument consistently and charge every teenage girl who throws her tampon in the dustbin with murder and every teenage boy with genocide for masturbating?

    What like the sperm and egg are alive? Well sure but their life span is a matter of minuets.

    I'm not sure of the point.
    Because the sperm and egg live out their entire lifespan. They aren't being killed they are dying of natural causes.
