I don't know what they will do, especially in light of the threats they have been receiving from federal Democrats in an attempt to influence the outcome of pending decisions. Are you convinced of the outcome?

Nah you think he’s above the law. He’s being treated better than anyone else who did what he did. If he’s convicted by a jury of his peers will you keep on with this conspiracy nonsense?

Or as someone pointed out the VP could murder the President then grant himself immunity (and I am hoping that hasn’t given Mike Johnson ideas :p)

You're not even denying that the only reason to say Trump can't read the discovery before trial or leapfrogging the appellate court is because they want to influence the election. He's made a lot of decisions such as using a DC grand jury for Florida charges and restricting defense counsel from accessing discovery that are solely motivated by corruption.

It's prosecutorial misconduct and out of control lawfare all in one.

Which case are you claiming they aren’t being given discovery?

Prosecuting Trump for crimes he appears to have committed IS equal application of justice.

And attempts to remove him from the ballot are based on the argument that he is not eligible to be elected. I assume you wouldn’t have any problem with court cases attempting to remove a recent immigrant from the presidential ballot? On the basis that the person was not a natural born American citizen? Or do you think the public should be allowed to vote for such a person, even if the Constitution says they are not eligible to become president?

Corruption tends to work quickly like that. It was pre decided.

Everything we have seen so far is they will do what Trump wants since he can tell the R Base that's what they want.

If I understood you correctly, you have already rejected a forthcoming SCOTUS decision.

It should have never reached this point. The corruption is evident.

Quoted by Moolk; “Our corrupt system needs a complete reformation”

For anyone’s info, in several countries such as Canada, Supreme Court Justices are subjected to an oversight authority.

Question; Who oversees Judges in Canada?

Answer; The Canadian Judicial Council….”The CJC is responsible for federally appointed judges. It is the Council’s role to receive complaints relating to conduct of judges, to review them, and to recommend corrective measures, such as the dismissal of the offending judge”

Question; Would Moolk’s complete reformation include said impartial and independent oversight authority?

Answer; As a Trumper/Republican, absolutely not.

    Conclusion; Moolk’s recommendation, whining manure.

I'm just curious, but what makes you convinced the counsel and judge are corrupt?
If they are corrupt, and the charges made are bogus with no factual support, wouldn't the best way to expose that is to go to trial and produce your evidence and reasoning instead of dragging it out?
By reading what people's actions, I'd say that Trump is afraid of a trial. IF he is so innocent, what better way to show how bad the government is treating him than a very public and watched trial. But he wants to delay, delay, delay. Which looks like fear, fear, fear.
It appears that he wants to drag things out until a bunch of fools elect him as president so he can somehow skate on the charges. Doesn't sound like an innocent man to me.

Nobody can prevent anybody from submitting a ballot with a write-in candidate. In fact, it would be fun to see how many ways the MAGA base would fail to spell Donald Trump correctly...

I worked as an elections worker for the November elections in my state. Several people voted for "Free Palestine" in several of the races...

    Didn't win though...

    LOL... no kidding...

In his documents case, I understand much of his discovery has to be done in a SCIF in a specific location (not convenient to the fat man) and not all of his "lawyers" are going to have access to it. That's probably what he's trying equate as "Trumps team can't read the discovery"

Don't wait around for that link, my friend.... Good BS call there!

In addition to the above, since 1971, only 2 Federally appointed Judges were recommended for removal by the Canadian Judicial Council, and both resigned prior the recommendations made it to Parliament.

    Interesting!
