Special counsel Robert Hur is not expected to charge anyone in connection with the mishandling of classified documents at two locations connected to President Joe Biden, two sources close to the investigation told CNN.

Hur and his team are compiling a detailed report on their year-long probe that is expected to be critical of Biden and his staff for the way they handled sensitive materials. The report is expected to go into significant detail about what the special counsel’s office found in its investigation.

Investigators on Hur’s team have told other Justice Department officials that they hope to have the report completed by the end of the year, but that timeline could slide.

Obviously, there needs to be a process where nobody leaves any job at the WH with any papers without some sort of screening/review....

As it should be for those that fully cooperated with NA and DOJ...willful criminal intent was an is not present. In addition, no need to appoint a Florida judge, Judge Canon, on 16th of Jan 2021, 4 days before Trump was evicted from the WH, to be in the tank for him

The National Archives didn't even know Biden had the documents.

 

Then Biden and his lawyers did the right thing all around once the docs were found, fess up and turn them over.

 

Biden broke the law by taking the documents, to begin with.

 

Of course nothing's going to happen to him. Just like nothing happened to Hillary for obviously doing her best to keep an unsecured server that she was not authorized to have and for deleting 30,000 subpoenaed emails.

Neither of you have read the indictment against Trump regarding the secret documents he stole and the systematic obstuction he made to prevent the National Archives from recovering them.

Biden and Pence cooperated fully with the authorities and didn't even know they had these documents in their possession.

 

And so did Trump. Here's the relevant legal test......was it shared, monetized and/or was national security actually compromised. Look up the word: nuance.

How did the National Archives know to the page exactly what Trump had, but had no idea that Biden possessed classified documents for 14 years? Interesting. Yes?

 

What is Trump charged with that Biden didn't do?

 

And did he KNOWINGLY break the law and when he found the docs what did he and pence actually do compared to Agent Orange? Agent Orange willfully by knowingly taking the docs, then he did not return them and when to the extent to obfuscate and hide then while trying to destroy evidence of such.......see where this is going WBK, Trump did this to himself because he believed he could get away with it and he thought he is above the law.
