I hope they impeach him monthly from January 2023 to January 2025. It needs to be made crystal-clear to Democrats that they've harmed our country by lowering the standards for impeachment as they did. They ought to expel some House Democrats too. Let's get this party started!

 

The problem with the democratic party is all their old guard, while insane, is slightly closer to center then all the new order.

The squad? They are ALL ****ING INSANE dead ends. They have nobody young (save Tulsi) who is moderate or close to center.

And what did they do when they felt she was a threat?? Claimed she is a Russian asset. Apparently, the only democrats they will support are the fully radicalized ones and ostracize the moderates.

As Musk tweeted, the radical left is moving so far left, they are literally creating more on the right. Unintended consequences I would say!

There won’t be civil war, the left isn’t nearly strong enough of character to actually fight. If R win in 2022, life will continue as normal.

They want their political enemies disarmed so they can stream roll right over them. It has nothing to do with children. If they cared so much about children, then they wouldn’t celebrate aborting them by the millions every year.

 

Excellent point and a perfect representation of how this country is headed down the wrong road. “Ask what you can do for your country”? Just a laughably outdated line these days. People clearly gave JFK the finger on that one.

 

When people talk about one side having the guns, they tend to forget that the military has most of the firepower, and they will be on Bowman's side in any civil war.

 

Several things to point out:
1.) Our military couldn’t even defeat several thousand guys running around in the Middle East in nothing more than blue jeans and flip-flops for 20 years. What makes you think they can take on 50 million Americans?
2.) It’s no surprise that the military is a vastly conservative group. I would wager at least 70%. Just like in the first Civil War, the military would split. There’s no way in hell your average conservative in the military is going to turn arms on his own people and own towns. Keep dreaming.

 

To point one, that's a fair one. If the military were engaged in actual ground combat they would probably get their asses kicked, although they would win any engagement requiring Powerpoint. But the difference is the last twenty years of war have been of the one hand tied behind type. In a civil war, Bowman, and the people like him who run our military, won't be concerned about optics or civilian casualties; civilians will be the enemy. They will hate their own countrymen far more than they ever hated any foreign enemy we've had. The US military would never have simply used a MOAB on a rebellious town in Iraq or Afghanistan, but I don't doubt they would love to do it on home turf.

To your second point, I used to think that, but I no longer think that anymore. Cops are more conservative on average than the communities they police, but I recall a Back the Blue rally in Colorado where they stood back and let Antifa attack the Back the Blue demonstration because they were told to. Ultimately the cops choose their pensions over the people who were actually there to support them. So I wouldn't count on soldiers hesitating; particularly young soldiers who although may be of conservative temperament, are not particularly politically aware. If they are told to attack insurrectionists who are trying to overthrow the government, they'll do it. Some won't, but they will be a tiny minority.

 

I hope & suspect you're wrong about how willing the average enlisted man would be to turn his arms on American citizens, but if you are right, they've got home addresses and families too, same as us.

 

Not sure what the logic is here... does this guy think rebelling against the govt requires permission from the govt? Not sure why else he thinks a civil war would require a majority in congress...

Predictions are pretty much like opinions, as the old saying goes.

I'm predicting an asteroid hits Missoula Montana next week..... we'll see how it goes...

 

I really would never hope for a civil war but if it were to happen I believe democrats would be out gunned and republicans would be out manned

Exactly. The army wouldn’t stand a chance against civilians. They would be doxxed and punished.

It won’t come to that though, but people vastly overestimate our military capabilities, and their allegiance. Most would join conservatives.

regardless, hopefully it never comes to that. And I’m confident it won’t. I love our soldiers and our country.
