Natural rights are secured in State Constitutions. Defense of self and property is a natural right. It is secured via Due Process.

What are you talking about, your comment couldn't be funnier, the statement is We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. And they owned slaves. There is as much value in your statement as there was when the people who wrote the constitution had slaves. I get a kick out of constitutional experts here. The constitution means exactly what they want it to mean. Change, through the court, any new interpretation of a word in any of the amendments and it may mean the opposite as it was interpreted the day before. How about when corporations became people.
If the people who wrote the constitution were willing to do the opposite of what a unalienable right is, while writing the words that all unalienable rights are protected while owning slaves. If they can define the ultimate God Given Natural law of freedom, liberty and the right to life and do the opposite then you know there is nothing secure as far as the constitution is concerned then or now.

If I saw a group of white people or asians or martians acting like idiots, killing, raping, selling drugs.....I would welcome their removal from the human race as well.

Being black is not an indicator of behavior, but unfortunately there are perhaps about 5% of this nations people who are incredibly violent, and they happen to be black.

This is often misrepresented by assuming this means we hate black people, when in reality we are dealing with the fact that 5% of our population is committing more than half of the murder in this country every year. This is simply acknowledging the fact, and addressing it appropriately.

I've served in the military with guys who happened to be black, and would have risked my life for them.
