21 pages are rather tedious to sift through to figure such a thing out.

That's why cryptic responses are bad.

Both enjoy(ed) a cult of majesty among deluded right wingers. Sadly, too many fail to see it.

Do you feel that the 2nd Amendment is an individual right? What limitations to the right of the people to keep and bear arms do you support?

I go with what these guys say which is essentially what the Black Panthers said back in the 1960s.

Funny how so many of these deluded right wingers love the 2d Amendment unless it is to protect those who need it the most like the people on those photos linked above.

    Such hypocrisy and double standards.

you haven't answered the straightforward questions put to you so that generally means you aren't being truthful. I support the constitutional rights of all honest American citizens no matter what color, creed, race or national origin they are of.

you right wingers engage in obfuscation and trolling all the while accusing others of doing what you do every day

The photos of the Black Panthers above should be applauded by those of you on the far right as they exemplify everything you profess to stand for. Naturally, being the hypocrites that you are, you fail to do so.

Spare me the self-righteousness. I see the Black Panthers brandishing firearms I see the moral equivalent of the KKK brandishing firearms. They are both racist groups and I don't applaud either. They have a First Amendment right to express themselves; I have the First Amendment right to find their commentary disgusting.

I respect the rights of the 2nd Amendment, responsibly exercised. I have friends from every racial and ethnic group who exercise those rights responsibly and appropriately every day, and that I have nothing but respect for.

Agreed. That's brandishing, not open carry. 100% support legal open and concealed carry - can't support brandishing by the BP, the KKK or coffee shop commandos.

IN what bizzaro world? failure to applaud is treason? and you are calling other people out for trolling? If those people with guns could legally own them I don't have a problem with that unless they were trying to intimidate a witness

    That's Right!

Dems begin to panic as Trump set to transform federal judiciary

While Democrats obsess over the Russia hacking fantasy and Robert Mueller as Trump's Javert, President Trump, the Federalist Society, and Senator Chuck Grassley are on the way to making the federal judiciary great again. The Huffington Post noticed and is worried:

Trump is unbelievably well-positioned to fill up federal courts with lifetime judges. He inherited a whopping 108 court vacancies when he became president – double the number of vacancies President Barack Obama inherited when he took office.

Yep: Elections have consequences, and when voters handed control of the Senate to the GOP, Senator Grassley – the very opposite of a showboater – did his job as chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee with skill. Now he is poised to capitalize on that control, using the Dems' "Reid Rule" that abolished the filibuster for judicial nominations, and will supplement it with another reform that will prevent Dems from obstructing appointments to the Circuit Courts of Appeals:

[Senator Grassley] is under pressure from conservatives to do away with the committee's "blue slip" rule, which requires both senators from a nominee's home state to turn in blue slips of paper in order for the nominee to get a hearing.

Senators are typically involved in the judicial selection process, so it's rare for them not to turn in a blue slip for a nominee from their home state. But if Trump is nominating judges based on what The Federalist Society recommends, for example, blue slips allow Democrats in the Senate to block those nominations indefinitely if they are appointed to courts in their home states.

Such a change would mean that circuit court nominees from states with one or two Democratic senators could get a hearing and a vote without the support of those senators.

The era of protecting Senate traditions that enable the minority to stymie the majority is over. Democrats killed it. Virtually no one on the right has any faith that Democrats will let such rules stand in their way when they are in the majority. Harry Reid proved that for all time. It is his lasting legacy.

The left adores judges who believe that their job is to make society better by interpreting laws in new and creative ways. Once leftists discovered they could make up stuff and that judges could pretend their policy choices were required by law, despite no direct wording to that effect, the door was open to impose the Progressive Agenda without all the messiness of approving legislation in Congress, where the people have a voice.

That undemocratic – indeed, anti-democratic – approach to governing, wherein the elite discusses theories in academic journals, and then activist judges impose those theories as law, is popular among the cultural elite, because they believe themselves to be something like philosopher-kings, entitled to rule others by their superior wisdom. Their cultural preferences gain the authority of law.

Restoring a judiciary that believes its job is to interpret, not make up, the law is a reform that cannot happen fast enough.

one of my best friends from college-later acting AG Peter Keisler was denied a hearing in the GOP run senate because the repulsive Barbara Mikulski of MD refused to support him-claiming that while he lived in MD, he really practiced in DC not MD and shouldn't be on the fourth circuit. Its time to ignore the rantings of the democrats. I will note that Sherrod Brown of Ohio did support the two Trump appointees to the US Attorneys' offices in Ohio and another colleague of mine-Amul Thapar for the Sixth Circuit. Then again, the GOP senator from the state, Hon Robert Portman, supported Obama nominees to the courts that took place after Portman assumed the office in 2011

They were persecuted by Hitlerian J Edgar Hoover for their patriotic exercise of 2d Amendment rights. May he and other traitors burn in hell for their treason.

you seem to want to disarm honest white people as payback? I don't believe the federal government should have any gun control power in the first place. If it wasn't for Democrat Justices, we never would have had federal gun control in the first place

Point out anything in my earlier posts which show I want to disarm honest white people.

As we have firmly established on this forum, it was your hero Reagan who started the process of disarming honest people in the old Black Panther Party.

There are no "honest people" in the Black Panther Party. They are racists every bit as much as those who hide behind the white sheets of the Klan.
