To Impeach Trump or?? Consequences for Inciting Insurrection.

In an op-ed, Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) pushed members of his own party to convict ex-President Donald Trump in his impeachment trial.
It looks like that there will be more Republicans that want Trump convicted in the impeachment trial. I won't be surprised if more Republicans follow suit.

 

You are probably right...but Kinzinger's in the House and has already cast his vote for impeachment.

 

It's about time the Republican Party see Trump for what he really is.

 

Kinzinger is going to encourage his fellow Republicans to do the same as well. More Republicans will see Trump for what he really is.

 

Hopefully.

 

I hope during this impeachment trial they'll expose Trump and show the real Donald Trump for what is really represents.

Biden and Trump serving as President see things in different fashions: Biden see being President like many other Presidents in the past. Trump on the other hand wanted to be a dictator and have things his way. In no way would Trump wanted to be a people's President. Trump want things his way and his way only. His lawyers are fighting for him and doing it to prove that Trump is innocent.

Trumps team did not do themselves or Trump any favors with their presentation today. Almost amateurish.

I can't believe that Trump is displeased with his own defense team. What's going on here? Do you know what I think? Trump is acting like a spoiled child because he's probably not getting his way with things. Well Mr. Trump you have to face the consequences for your actions and you have to stick with what is. You made a mess of things and you have to owe up to it. Simple as that.

 

Well, what has happened is that no one wants to represent him . The team you saw today was a last minute effort . Good lawyers don't want to work for him as they don't want to lie or use his crazy ideas as defense. or be dictated to by him. He does not like paying his bills eitehr.

Trump's lawyers will have to do better next time. If there is going to be a next time, the defense lawyers may find another way ro screw it up. There will be something. You'll see.

Today the Democrats plan to use the video to press their argument and retell the prolific and harrowing attack on the Capitol and I mean the harrowing attacks that happened on the day of January 6, 2021. I myself cannot believe and can't accept the fact that something like that could happen in a million years.

 

Baloney. This was far from the first attack on the Capitol. Surely you know that.

Seems that a lot of folks believed what Trump claimed about the rigged election and listened to Trumps call for aggression on the Capitol. Not in those words. But the build up for that was taking place for weeks before that fateful day on Jan 6 Blaming the media will not wash in his case. It may be convenient , but i it is inaccurate. Trump is responsible for his words and his behavior.........like any other citizen.All one has to do is review Trump's own words in Twitter and on TV to see the pattern of verbal behavior that incited the mob. Too many actually fell for his BIG LIE . He duped the gullible . And that alone is pathos. Folks WANT to be able to believe their leader. .......and it can be a challenge to accept that this leader is a pathological liar.

His behavior is a disgrace to a self described "law and order" POTUS. He makes a mockery of the nation being a a nation of laws. Oly state media (Fox) perpetuated Trump's lies

All this because he could not accept that he lost the election. He still probably believes he won....... and that is delusional ...and mentally deranged .


The managers are doing a terrific job at making their case. Mind you....... Trump[s own words make the case.

 

The group known as the "Proud Boys" are some kind of evil group as I can see here. I have to wonder what connection do they have with Donald Trump? There must be some connection with Trump. I still believe that many of the voters did the right thing when they voted Trump out and Biden in. Something to put Trump in his place of sorts. Was there a bus of Proud boys in Texas that tried to run a bus off the road that supported Biden and Harris? I would consider that uncalled for and disgusting. Trump and his followers ought to be ashamed of themselves for this let alone the January 6 indcident. That sort of violence has ho place our society and I mean it. I find what was done upsetting for the good people of America.

 

When Trump found out out ablout the incident on Interstate 35 in Texas, Trump tweeted this: "In my opinion, these patriots did nothing wrong. Instead, the FBI & Justice should be investigating the terrorists, anarchists, and agitators of ANTIFA, who run around burning down our Democrat run cities and hurting our people!" This makes me want to be sick for two weeks.

 

How? He is no longer president. If his "tricks" bother you then that is on you.
