I asked for names, what stores what merchandise?

All I could find was Mex and Arab-muslim countries - companies and a few left wing companies and gov agencies.

Macy's isn't running for president of all Americans, nor are the employees who lost their jobs part of the Macy's public messaging that got Trump's toupee in a tizzy. It has nothing to do with PC. Trump wants to represent America and Americans and yet he publicly rejoices when some of those Americans lose their jobs through no fault of their own.

And then we're supposed to trust that he will bring jobs back.

Do you Trump supporters hate PC so much that you're willing to vote in any old shmuck, any babbling gasbag, that comes along and says PC is bad?

It seems your standards are excruciatingly low.

Thank-you but it still looks to me like its Mexican Companies and Muslim companies and left wing American companies which is to be expected with the policies he has advocated. Trump says what he means and means what he says and lets the chips fall where they may. Many of us admire that.

I hope he doesn't mean what he says... Talking about his daughter being so hot that he'd date her or about NOPEC is just embarrassing, crass and ignorant.

Trump had no reason to berate Macy's.

    Here's where I fit in:

I'm in Las Vegas quite a bit and have many opportunities to avoid his casino. The backlash in the ME had to be expected, I'd think.

If the Donald Trump campaign seems surreal to a lot of you seasoned political news readers, tabloid press junkies, pundits and voters. That's because it is. Not real, I mean.:omg:

Remember the consistently odd and surreal Ross Perot was getting 33% of the vote in 1992 Presidential polls beating out Clinton and Bush before he mysteriously dropped out of the race?

Well, I have news for you. Donald Trump will do the same thing after being used as an election year spectacle for another, as yet hidden, (but certainly planned) agenda to help elect another candidate with certain PR problems, as H. Ross Perot helped select another candidate in 1992 by attacking George Bush. A particular candidate with certain extra-marital dalliances.

If you recall, the Clintons were the main beneficiary of the strange, but folksy Ross Perot saturation media coverage and "outside the establishment" platform appeal and issues. Perots rapport with CNNs Larry King, constant media coverage and Will Rogers type plain spoken appeal and humor won him over with audiences. And Americans wanted change, but not of the Republican variety after 12 years of GOP failures. But without outside help, the uknown Clintons coulld barely survive the scrutiny and somewhat hollow stiffness and lack of character, which his opponents attacked him for.

But like Perot, Trump will for some reason mysteriously drop out of the race, leaving Jeb Bush to be the 2016 Republican Presidential nominee. The CFR powers that control Washington behind the scenes would NEVER allow a outsider like Trump to occupy the White House. Some people viewed the surprising election of Barack Obama as being an outsider, but he was backed behind the scenes by the ultra-rich and powerful CFR leading member George Soros.

And both the Clintons and Bush will have avoided the scrutiny normally given them as candidates by the media. And as politicians who both have significant political drawbacks and a history family baggage behind them, this is how the powers that be install their pre-selected Washington DC Presidential White House office holdersfor 8 years of pre-determined CFR policy agendas.

The next pre-selected President installed by the CFR, and not the voters, (as has been done since at least WWII via fixed elections) will be Hillary Cinton. Like Obama, the President will be installed to carry out expanded wars profiteering and death and destruction, albeit with a handsome and smiling face.:crossbones:

Many (probably most) new companies don't survive. Trump has had about 600 succeed and four go into bankruptcy. That's a better batting average than most entrepreneurs.

But you can live in your imaginary world if you want to.

Trump pokes fun at losers and freaks. It's no wonder Democrats hate him.

Yes of course they forgot in their haste that Trump isn't President yet. The Macys failure comes under their dear leaders watch. If it was Bush it would be Bushs fault but since its Obama they cite online shopping as if this year was the year online shopping caught on. There is nothing you can say to these people. They simply cant or don't accept reality. They say Trump is flailing as he has double digit leads. What happened to he would pull out by thanksgiving? What happened to he would pull out by Christmas?

While Macy's may have taken a political stand, the employees didn't and bashing Macy's is akin to bashing the employees; many of whom will now likely lose their jobs. Trump forgot to take a view of the overall picture before he opened his yap.....as usual.

What about the employees? I didn't see them having a mass rally to approve of what management did. But yet Trump bashed them as well. I'm sure the employees will remember this come election time.

Ahh the high standards of the toupe poster.
Sorry Trump was 100% correct. Illegal aliens are coming across our border and raping and killing our citizens even if you or Macys don't think so. I mean I could post the factual news stories but you and I both know you cannot accept them so waste of time.... right? Riiiiight.
Anyways, looks like you and the two Macys shoppers are in agreement, everyone else disagrees. Im glad you think my standards are low, Id be worried if a leftist thought I was correct. Id have to take a long shower that day just to scrub the ick off.......ewww.....got the shivers just thinking about agreeing with a leftist. So gross. BLech!

They picked a fight with Trump over something, now they are screwed, it happens, they have been poorly managed for a very long time. Their relationship with Trump was one of the few smart things they did and even that, apparently they could not stand.

I have a feeling the Trump Presidency is going to be very difficult for you. Have you considered seeking political asylum in a cryogenic facility?

Naw, its just another example of his overblown ego.

apart from some racist policy statements, his main attraction seems to be his ad hominem attacks on everybody else and his bully boy "watch it or I'll ...." threats. Has anyone else noticed his a vindictive arse?

When the leading republican candidate for the presidency's main policy "solution" to the various challenges facing his nation, is "trust me it will terrific", is it any wonder that he appeals to a certain demographic.

If he is an example of American "exceptionalism" on display, then it would appear too many Americans simply believe their own publicity instead of creating and living it.

Trump had nothing at all to do with employees losing their jobs and he wasn't bashing them. Blame management, but you can't blame Trump.

Macys decided to play partisan politics by removing and banning Trump products to financially retaliate against Macys. It is reasonable for Trump to gloat at Macys' economic problems. Maybe if Macys focused on business rather than playing politics to the left it wouldn't have its money problems.

Macys is an absurdly overprices store.
