“the New York Timesreported Trump had garnered 51 percent of the vote, with 95 percent reporting. He sat 29.7 points ahead of Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) at 21.3 percent as of this writing. The mammoth margin, which will change slightly one way or another as the last five percent of the vote is tabulated, shatters Dole’s record by roughly 17 points as things currently stand.

What is more, Trump appears to have garnered the highest vote share in Iowa Republican caucus history.”

This is a great night for President Trump. He won an awesome victory. Trump was well organized in Iowa.

I’m proud to be a MAGA Republican. I’m openly pro Trump and will make no effort to hide that. That’s right President Biden! I wear your words about us as a badge of honor and am proud that you consider me to be a domestic enemy of yours. It’s time to MAGA again. Trump 2024!

Along with Maine. The Supreme Court will likely squash their efforts.

Hopefully they do get a down dressing from the scouts but even if they don't they are just empowering Republican voters. Now it's personal.

This is why I can't buy into conspiracy theories involving the government. They are just too incompetent.

Not sure if that is him or his horrible choice with opponents. Unfortunately Trump has convinced the Evangelicals that he is “Gods chosen one” and since they are convinced the sun shines out of his arse they better start getting used to a lot af late mornings

Dole lost by 10 pts. in the general election to Clinton. A big win in Ohio doesn't translate into wins in the general election. Just say'n.

Honestly unless Trump has some form of stroke/heart attack or makes some momentous gaffe he has this all sewn up

The last 3 Iowa Caucuses before this one? The winner not only did not become President, they weren't even the GOP nominee.

As Nikki Haley says, it's a marathon, not a race at this point.
We see Ramsawamy has withdrawn and joined Trump.

'Haley has suggested she would ramp up military spending as president.'

That means we're going to need more enemies.

Biden has a lower approval rating today than Trump did after January 6th LOL. I really don't think Trump's sins are the voters' major concern at the moment.

I don't think his administration fully realizes how irritated millions of people are with his Department of Education in that there are older borrowers who still have gotten nothing after two years watching as young borrowers are having their debt wiped out. His fixes have broken the system more so than it ever has been. My payment plan change application submitted in August is still not processed by the DOE, my complaint against them for not processing it that normally is answered in 1-2 weeks hasn't been responded to in a month, my email to my servicer took 3 weeks to acknowledge and another 3 weeks just to get a response. On and on and on. It has been like this for over 2 years. It doesn't mean I am going to run out and vote for Trump but I sure as hell am not voting for Biden. They are more worried about regulating toasters than they are getting any of their half-baked policies implemented.

It's nice to know that Republican have given up any kind of claims to morals ... they had lied about for so long.

Well like most people who profess a certain religious proclivity, morals are rules for thee and not for me. TBH, I would have a much easier time accepting the GOP if they just went back to being the party that worshiped the dollar.

Oh, democrats dare not talk about morals and lies. You still seem to think that all the legal nonsense you've heaped on trump carries any kind of legitimacy with Republicans.

Your refusal to hold biden responsible for the border or the economy blows you right off the moral high ground.

And many Democrats are in denial about how many in the Ukrainian army they raised are now buried.

Total denial, with the aid of the media.

There are non partisan people who want the truth who found it by measuring miliary cemeteries in Ukraine,
compared with pictures from two years ago.

A huge amount of pointless deaths to uphold the 'right' of Ukraine to join NATO.

Not that any such 'right' has ever existed.

    and yes I'm cross.

I'm not a Democrat, so your pretended outrage doesn't mean crap to me. I have NO problems with Biden going to jail for anything illegal
he has done. Like Trump, I doubt he will be charged with anything till he's out of office. Republicans don't seem to have enough to convict him
on for impeachment - but that's up to Republicans, not me. So yes, I CAN claim the moral high ground, cause I'm not a member of EITHER these moronic parties.

Trump got 56000 votes, and the Trumplicans are dancing a jig in the streets..........

BUT, there are 2.4 million voters in the state, and the Trumplicans are already planning the inaugural dinner menu....

Dont get me wrong, WHOMEVER the republican candidate is in November will win the state, but this isn't the landslide you think it is.

"These are NOT the droids you seek".......

Careful up there then, holding the moral high ground is slippery.
    Especially slippery for independents.
