I totally disagree. Trump should file his suits and have his day in court and if the results of those litigation are not enough to turn the election to him, he should concede.

Seriously, a Biden term will be dreadful economically for the US, locking down again and increasing taxes during a recession. It will make opportunity for the GOP to gain seats and the majority in both houses and a real opportunity for the White House in 2024.

They lost seats in the house and everything points to that they won't be able to take the majority in the Senate so at least Kamahla policies will be tampered down.

 

According to the US Constitution, Trump's term as president expires on January 21st.

If he uses the military to stay in power after that he officially becomes a dictator.
