Dude - the ULTIMATE ploy to steal an election has always been to declare martial law and declare yourself President - which is LITERALLY what you
have just called for Trump to do.

The courts aren't going to simply "disqualify" entire states. Not going to happen.

 

The US Constitution does not allow for a "pause year".
Either the vote is certified, or Congress picks a President and VP - and if they can't do that, then the Speaker of the House is put in office.
Only Banana Republics ignore their constitution to keep people in power.

 

It isn't a straw man. You can make as many excuses as you want about how you are only supporting a dictatorship for a year or so, but you are still openly calling for a dictatorship.

 

Martial law would enable Trump to disregard the sham election and call for a new one. A year seems reasonable to find and prosecute the criminals and organize a new election process with appropriate safeguards.
