Just about everyone IS going to get it. Whoever gets COVID-1984 AFTER there is an effective vaccine and takes the vaccine first is unlikely to get sick, or die, or spread it -- because their immune system will be jacked up strong and ready for it.

It's possible that previous exposure to to one of the several coronaviruses which are responsible for the common cold actually built these T-cells in some people which can transfer to protection from Covid-19.

They've found that even if antibodies are short-lived, these T-cells exist in those who've been infected, like "sleeper" cells that wake up when needed.
