So what else do you mean by him "carrying his corruption" around for months? It's obvious that the 'stamp' of impeachment is for that political purpose. You don't have to say it directly, a lot of people are competently capable of reading between the lines.

Apologies. I was under the impression that you meant that if Trump was not convicted in the Senate trial, then he isn't impeached, rather then he isn't impeached until the articles are sent to the Senate.

Nope. Johnson is impeached but he wasn't convicted in the Senate.

 

Trump should get a "medal of impeachment" and wear it as a badge of honor. Being impeached by a bunch of insane nuts means he is definitely on the right track for America. He's the first Republican in my lifetime that can say that, and I like it! Not even Reagan accomplished that.

Neither article is a crime "abuse of power" is so nebulous as to be meaningless. "Obstruction of Congress" is not a crime. Notice they did not say "Obstruction of justice" which IS a crime?

Also interesting every Senate democrat voted not guilty on the article of perjury to a grand jury even though there was video evidence and Clinton himself admitted he did perjury himself.

Also interesting to me anyhow that Susan Collins (the women Democrats seem to hate so much) voted not guilty on both articles and Lindsay Graham on the judiciary committee voted against one of the articles yet he's been portrayed as an utter hypocrite in the media as of late.

Historically congress changes power in that postion it wasnt just trump. Johnsons percentage was way higher! No contest. Johnson was impeached with 126 to 47. That's 2.68 yes votes to 1 no. The best vote for Trump was 230 to 197 which is 1.16 yes votes to no votes.

Johnsons percentage isnt higher because there were less states it's because there was bipartisan support.

The strength of the Dems arguments speaks nothing about whether Donald Trump earned his impeachment. I believe he did.
The rest remains to be seen next November.

 

What gave the Left the House were their lies that once they got into office they would concentrate on legislation and moving this nation forward and instead as soon as they got into office they revealed to the nation that all they really intended to do was double down on the craziness and perform even more witch hunts involving Trump. The nation feels betrayed by the Left's leadership as a result, and will punish them in 2020.
