    Whatever happened to just admitting when you screwed up? If he would have just came out and said it was wrong for him to lie about something so stupid this would be a nothing burger. People might have grown respect for the humility shown.

    Yeah, the guy lied about his education and work history, that's not cool (did ya hear that Biden and Clintonistas?) But now he says he's going to act upon his policy beliefs which I hope is true. Tulsi torched the guy, but to the his credit, he's man enough to go on interviews and get skewered. I wonder if Biden or Clinton would subject themselves to a review of their past by Tulsi the way this guy did?

    I watched the interview he had with Tulsi Gabbard. He did the typical politician doublespeak. No confession. Did he confess afterwards?

    Why do you feel the need to defend this guy? Is the tribalism that ingrained that you feel there is a need to defend him no matter what? What this guy did in my opinion is indefensible. If he was in the private sector he would be fired in a heartbeat. Only in the broken political system can people get away with things like this.

    I thought he did. What I find more troubling than that is why he linked himself to Goldman-Sachs of all people, I would think that a reason why no one should vote vote for him.

    I would have to review the interview to be sure but that was my impression. There's a chance he won't be sworn in because of this and I wouldn't object to that. We need honesty in the Congress.
