    Trump's FBI;.;.;.January 27, 2020

They had over a year with the "trove" of so-called evidence from the accused sex traffickter Anton Lazzaro.

    That in itself tells you it was bullshit cause Trump would have given up his orange face tint if he could have proved that Omar had been married to her brother;

"Two agents interviewed a person with knowledge of the case in Minnesota in mid-October. The person presented a trove of documents relating to the marriage of Omar and Ahmed Nur Said Elmi in 2009.."

However increasing your net worth by a factor of twenty over ten years in Congress ought to at least raise a few eyebrows

Where is the FBI investigation report on Omar marrying her brother? Do you have a link you could share?

yea, i think people who are elected to congress or the presidency should have to liquidate all of their assets and invest in government securities for the time they are service, and not be allowed to earn income from anything else besides their salary during that time.

People say, that this would lead to successful people not running for congress, and my answer to that is that it couldn't result in worse people than we already send to DC.

The electorate is not sophisticated. It is very gullible and easily deceived.

President interfering in FBI activities would be abuse of power... are you suggesting Trump was to instruct the FBI to do something?

One example made might discourage others from doing the same. As long as our government representatives aren't held accountable for their lies there's no reason to stop lying.

Precisely the point, were this guy a New York Democrat you would never have heard a thing about it. It's not the fact that he lied it's the fact that he is a republican that has lefty's panties in a bunch. It's not the lies it's about politics. Sadly that's where we seem to be right now.

Sounds good to me. There are times I think a lottery system would work about as well as the current system, where we keep voting for change by selecting form different groups of people all of whom have a vested interest in the status quo.

Charming Rogue Santos reportedly won't run for a second term

Zero Evidence that he is part of a international bribery ring or ever finger-raped a direct report.

Time to demand his birth certificate to confirm that he's actually a citizen.

Well, to compare apples to apples - Warren claimed Indian blood in 1986, she didn't run for Senate until 2012. Lying is wrong and I'm not defending
Warren, but she didn't lie to get elected like Santos.

What did Buttigieg lie about during his campaign? I haven't heard that one.

Biden lied while IN office - not sure about any story that he claimed to GET elected.

No she lied to get into college on the cheap and has been maintaining the lie until The Cherokee tribe and a DNA test rendered such defense no longer viable, bidens been telling one whopper after another in and out of election season. To be fair Buttigieg probably isn't lying he is just bloody stupid and incompetent.

So, just vague accusations. I was hoping you had examples of lies.
We have direct lies told by Santos, and Santos himself saying they were lies (though he is trying to dodge the actual word, "lies").

I had no illusions about Biden. He was too old for office and tends to tell weird stories like a strange Uncle ... but damn, dude, I met Trump BEFORE he
ran for office and absolutely knew about his mental problems, so there wasn't much choice.
