    LOL, the evasion is hilarious.

IT IS THE SAME THING-they BELIEVE banning guns will reduce crime and doing so is more important than the rights of gun owners

ONCE YOU BELIEVE THAT (or have DECIDED THAT) you are ready to ban all guns

Texas has declared itself a "sanctuary" for the Second Amendment. As part of that effort, it is now legal to buy suppressors made of materials solely from Texas, manufactured totally in Texas, without complying with federal Class III requirements. Gun dealers have been afraid of selling them, for fear of losing their FFL. But new companies are starting which don't have an FFL and therefore have no such fears.

Do you think the ATF will ignore this?

Do you have any links to these companies?

this should force a showdown in federal court. I don't believe the 1934 is constitutional either under the Tenth Amendment, Second Amendment or MILLER but hopefully this will force the supremes to either rule that interstate commerce does not apply to suppressors ( or SBRs/machine guns) made and used within one of the several states, or better yet, strike the whole stinking hot mess down
